I ordered a veggie delight subway with pepper jack cheese but they didn’t put in the cheese. I ate at the restaurant and saw there was pepper jack cheese.

I went to eat with my family and the treatment was very hostile, the floor was very wet and my brother almost fell, and the person who served us said that if he had fallen it was only his fault, zero empathy on the part of this person, and what bothered us the most was his inappropriate tone of voice, We pay for a service, we do not ask for things for free, you shuld train your staff better

placed an order on the Subway app which told me my order would be ready by 7:50pm. I arrived at 7:50pm and there was one girl behind the counter cleaning out a small refrigerator and there were no customers. It took her a good pause before she acknowledged me and I told her I was picking up an order. She asked me to hold on and kept cleaning the fridge. Then she got up and went in the back. When she came out she put on gloves and started to make my order! When I asked if she was just starting my order she said yes, so I told her I was going to run across the parking lot to the store quickly. I wasn't really happy at this point. I came back and she was helping a customer. I waited for a couple of minutes then she handed me my bag. I noticed the box of cookies I ordered was missing so I asked her about it. She grabbed the tongs and asked what kind I wanted. I told her I ordered a box of 6 oatmeal. So she put 6 cookies in a bag and handed it to me. No words, blah attitude, horrible service! When I got home I noticed she had not put extra meat that I paid extra for. Not happy!! I will not visit this location again.

I always order online due to my short break at work. My 3rd time ordering online and they are always missing items in my sub. On my last order I made I order a turkey and avocado sandwich with mayo and my favorite veggies. my sandwich was not just missing the $2.50 Avocado charge but also added sirracha sauce and ranch!!! I noticed all the time once I got to work. I was so upset!!! I came back with my sub and I believe lady is the manager there she did not even apoligize!!!! all she said was do you have your ticket??? with the sub on my hand!!!! what made her think I was lying!!!???? She started to make my sub and She said anything else?? which I responded yes it had Avocado.... SHe LEaVES MY SUB TO THE SIDE AND CHECKS THE TICKET TO CHECK IF I PAID FOR AVOCADO!!!!!! Im so upset she ruinned my lunch and lunch break!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN !!!! No work ethic No Sorry No anything !!! I really not looking for free things or a free sub all I want is for great customer service and to pay a little more attention to the orders coming in! I let it slide usually if its the first time but this was the 3RD time and made me feel like she was even more upset then I was by bringing my sub back!!!

Terrible Service I make a line and when I made the order they said that order should be made online Is going to take me 15 mnts to make it and there’s more people behind you. So they didn’t make my order and they started jumping people in front of me. I was ordering 8 full size by the way

Terrible at making sandwiches their bread is so dry and when toasted becomes powder. Their portions on the sandwiches such. When I asked for cucumbers they added 2 really thin slices and thought that was enough. I highly recommend going somewhere else for a sandwich. They charge way too much for too little meat and veggies. The only thing they gave an acceptable portion of was lettuce one of the cheapest ingredients. Do not come here not worth your money or time.

I see the lady that might of helped me is still there? Marina was so unprofessional and disrespectful when it came to working. I heard about the 6.99 footlong I proceed to go and I was not greeted or acknowledged one second until she finally asked and of course I asked about the promo and she just started making my sandwich to which I thought the promo was a in store service. Turns out as she’s done making she rings me up full price and walks away and continues doing else things mind you no one is in the restaurant. So I ask why isn’t the promo added she then goes to saying I don’t know not my problem. And I asked what what do you mean I can find it online. So I proceed to look for it and I found it and stated her restaurant qualifies for the promo. She then says I’m a liar in Spanish and calls her”supervisor” she also doesn’t know I know Spanish until she continues to tell the lady she was on the phone with that she already told me it doesn’t qualify and it’s not their store and she even started taking pictures of my phone to show whoever she was on the phone with. She still was not helping she making sandwiches I’m guessing online orders still with the hand she used to call and use her cell phone with. I also asked so am I gonna get any help or is anyone coming to help me. She ignored me and I told her I speak Spanish and told her everything that I wasted my whole lunch and I got no help no acknowledgment and mind you she still didn’t help or even say they had a 6.99 meal right behind her in store! Instead she continued to argue and call me Spanish and threaten to call the cops on me as I kept asking for a managers number and name because she wasted my whole lunch for me to walk out and still not order anything because the frustration and her talking in Spanish not knowing I understood everything her and the lady she was on the phone with aswell I even asked MARINA that it wasn’t fair or logical to be treated like this when I am trying to buy and all this just for me to find this online and I tried explaining to her it wouldn’t let me but the promo is right there all I got was disrespected.

The food is OVERPRICED, the staff seems like they want to rush you, their Spanish accents are so strong you can barely understand them, they aren't clear with the menu and forget ingredients or don't ask before putting in on the sandwich, again, rushing. I asked for footlong flatbread, had to repeat it 3 times, and she still gave me a 6 inch and then told me at the very end, or this one doesn't come as a footlong. Weird, cause EVERY other sandwich does. Not impressed. They rushed me to pay before my sandwich was even out of the toaster. The flatbread was barely toasted and extremely hard to pull apart with your teeth, stale. Avoid this location.

As if they were going to remake my sandwich or directly, give me a refund Besides the wrong sandwich, my order was also missing some products Stay away from this place It’s not worth a headache

Worst experience ever. The lady over charged us by $10 the order was extremely rude arguing over the price after she made us THE WRONG ORDER and CHARGED US A PREMUIM PRICE!!! She also could NOT communicate I asked for a premade sandwhich and she overcharged for every item (included in the sandwhich) that should NOT HAVE CHARGED FOR... She did not know the ingredients of the PREMADE SANDWHICH... DO NOT GO HERE...
She made the WRONG ORDER for people before us TOO!!!
Below are the photos, she charged me for a FOOTLONG when I asked for a chicken WRAP... she told me the MENU PRICES ARE WRONG when she priced the WRONG ORDER!!! Also she looked pissed the entire time she did the order despite me and my Gf being polite.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!.... EVER....
