Don't go to this Subway if you plan on using your subway rewards. They either don't accept subway reward points or their employees aren't trained on how to accept reward points. Terrible customer service.

Whoever the lady that was working on 11/6/2023 at 5:45PM. Made my mobile order perfect. For my wife and I. Everything in the store is clean. And normally is for the dozen + times I've been. It's fast food so you don't expect service but the food is always consistent and made the way you order it. I checked the receipt so I can give the name but it's not on there.I'm sure most who get their food the way they want don't post their reviews. It's always the ones who have bad experiences that have a tendency to post bad ones. One thing I have to add, do not expect store front parking. Parking is plentiful though and free. No more than 10-20 yards to walk as this is fairly a big plaza shared with many chain businesses. Cheers

Horrible. They are super slow. Absolutely terrible customer service. I won't be back. I hate this location. I had an order for pickup. It was late and incorrect.

Ordered a #30 that boasts "1/2 a pound of meat!" Got 3 slices of pepperoni, salami, ham, and roast beef. (They forgot the ham). Sandwich, more like a Sadwich. For $15 I expected better.

People working here are horrible. Don't understand directions. Mess up orders constantly, never have online orders done on time and they make excuses for it. Rude manager and rude staff don't pay attention to customers. Would not recommend.

I generally love going to Subway. I eat at subway all the time but this particular subway had the most incompetent employees working when I visited to get lunch today. I had to repeat myself multiple times so they would put the correct things in my sandwiches I was ordering, and they still put the wrong items and produce in etc... very rude customer service I will not be visiting this particular location again it was a very unpleasant experience. I really think they need to train their employees much better with making the things they have on the menu and how to properly interact and talk to customers.
They wouldn't serve me cause they close at 9pm. Yes, I was cutting it close, but from the looks of it I could've arrived 15 minutes before and the lady would have been done putting everything away.

Food was good nothing wrong but the customer service could be improved. The employee ringing me up didnt give me change, and i had to ask for my 72 cents. The employee seem to have an attitude by the way she gave me a blank annoyed stare as she went back into the register.

Had a sandwich for lunch, although the line was long and there were only 2 people working it went pretty smoothly. I would recommend a 3 rd person to help out as it seemed like a lot for the 2 girls. We did have to wait longer than normally. The sandwich itself was perfect, they make them custom to your liking!Vegetarian options: This place is a vegetarian paradise! No meat is needed on the sandwich and you can pick from all the vegies on display.Parking: Lots of parking, handicap spaces as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp from the parking lot for easy access
