I love this place! Birrieria Guadalajara is consistent with their quality throughout the years i've been coming here. They have a few different locations however besides this spot (South Gate) i've tried the Santa Ana location once and it was the same flavor and quality as well. My go-to is the quesabirria which is a great portion for $5. Beware of there red salsa lol, I absolutely love spicy any and everything and this one takes the cake. Had the tacos dorados for my first time getting food from here. The lady cashier was nice and professional. She answered my questions so I could make the right choice of what to get. The food was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. I'm glad I found this restaurant.
