Initial experience- store only had 1 customer, my mom wanted boba so we came here (hole in the wall place) it’s cute but no a/c just a fan near the front counter. We were not greater but the cashier just watched us and was like what drink do you want… my mom tried ordering and the girl was having “trouble” understanding her. My mom kept trying to tell her what she wanted and the cashier kept saying strawberry what when my mom said lemonade. Then my mom was limonada- since she was not understanding. Turns out she knows Spanish because after she got my mom’s order she shouts BYE to the customer leaving (freakin hurt my ears!) and she just kept rushing us… tbh not the best experience - stayed to write this review and probably won’t come again. Drink was ok. Like I said cute place just no good customer service and the drinks are ok.

Always love the boba here — it’s always super fresh and yummy. We love stopping by on Sundays on the way home from family outings. The only drawback is the tight parking, but at least there’s parking available.

The drinks are real tasty and the boba is freshly made not like other boba locations where it tastes weird with a weird texture. I got the tiger sugar milk tea and peach mango drink both with boba and they taste amazing!! The worker here is very nice and greets you with a smile. She’s like a nice mom or grandma:)

There’s two tables out front with outlets, as well as some shelves with ramen, snacks, and trinkets.
The staff was very friendly and offered a punch card for future purchases.
I got the mango passion iced tea with no boba and it’s delicious!

Boba trees drinks are so good but the customer service is not it sadly :( went last night around 7pm and the lady working never acknowledged us I ordered through the self order and went to wait for my order and when I looked up my drinks were on the counter they never even let me know my order was ready and went straight to the back again to talk to her coworker, I didn’t feel welcomed at all I will not be coming back sadly that was just rude maybe a new rule with no contact? But I left very disappointed it’s sad when employees lack customer service :(

Amazing boba spot in South Gate! This small shop offers a wide variety of drink options, and the flavors are fantastic. They even have parking in the back, which is super convenient. Don’t forget to collect your stamps when you purchase drinks—they add up quickly for free drinks! If you’re into sweet flavors, I highly recommend the Tiger Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Definitely worth a visit!
