Great Brewery, Awsome Staff but most of all Delicious Food!. Went on a Friday, walk in, came out to be Vinyl Night. Awsome DJ playing Old School Beats. Every Night is a Different type of Vibe. Went for a Drink and a Bite after work, Worth It!!!! Will be going back.

On the spot review - Had an incredible experience at this brewery! I came in looking for something refreshing and was blown away by their Mexican lager called Quero Maze-it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Super crisp, clean, and perfectly balanced with just a hint of malty sweetness and a dry finish that kept me coming back for more. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, happy to talk about the brewing process and recommend food pairings. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or catch a game. If you’re a fan of lagers or just looking for a top-notch craft beer, don’t miss this place. Highly recommend!

Best place to enjoy good times, great beer, high quality and delicious dishes, and great hospitality. The owners are down to earth and great overall folks. A must try spot! Ribeye tacos! Fish tacos!

I’ve been to at least a hundred breweries and I can say with certainty it is rare to find a brewery where both the food and the beer are top notch like they are here at Brown Soul Brewing Co.

The Quiero Maiz and Good Intentions lager were both 11/10 and my girlfriend and I are convinced that this is the best fish taco in LA county (yes, it’s seriously that good).

We can’t wait to come back and try out more of the menu (both beers and food 🤤)!

Brown soul brewing is a vibe the staff is down to earth and very knowledgeable, the beers they make here are very refreshing and have a Latin flair they use ingredients known throughout the community and incorporate delicious and familiar flavors into liquid craft. I’ve always wanted to visit and try Brown soul brewing since I found out they opened up. Unfortunately I ventured out to other establishments but I’m finally here. The beers they produce are fantastic. Good intentions a European style Pilsner is a great choice upon arriving. Once relaxed one can venture out into other options in my case I tried the Alebri Helles made with pan de muerto and cempohualxochil flower. To my absolute surprise it’s fantastic. They have stouts brown ales and other styles one might like. At the same time they also have a kitchen which has a nice assortment of food items one can choose from your typical wings to smash burgers and a very delicious ribeye burrito. The music is always on point!!! If you’re ever in town or wanna try something new I highly recommend Brown Soul it’s a mom and pop you’d made your go too like I have

They had beer. Unbelievably, all the beers tasted the same. No tasters, 12oz the "taste". I had an double dry hopped Pils, Octoberfest, and a West Coast IPA, the order suggested by the servers (red flag--Octoberfest should be the most malty and first one to try). I had each one on order and they all had the same grain profile to them. If you set each of these in front of me I would say that each was an under attenuated 18ibu pale ale at best. Ugh.

The food is delicious and filling! I have eaten at Brown Soul several times and have loved each dish. The photos added were taken a Sunday brunch. I had the Tres Leches French Toast with a mimosa. Needless to say, I finished the entire dish. My friends had the Chilaquiles and eggs. They frequently eat here, also. We all have about the freshness and twists on traditional foods.
Some of my favorite foods are the chicharones, aguachiles, tomato sandwich, camarones, potato chips, sliders, and, of course, the French Toast.
My favorite beer here is El Dorado.
The service is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is a vibe!

Their food is really good and the natural wine is so delicious too. I had the aguachiles tostada which is made with fish instead of shrimp which I absolutely love because I can’t eat shrimp. The ambience is spacious and they had a dj when I went on a Thursday.
