I’m allergic to certain foods so I order mine a specific way and they still gave it to me wrong. They’re lucky I always check my food before eating but this is unacceptable.
They’re lucky don’t even answer the phone.
Workers don’t care about helping you either

The Big Kahuna

You think someone who’s rushing your order and won’t let you finish your sentences at the drive thru would at least get your order right, right? No. They put mayo in one of our whoppers after we clearly told them not to, even shows on the receipt. We asked for a bacon cheese whopper, they didn’t even give that to us. Royal crispy and it came with no bacon or condiments. We asked for a plain burger with cheese, no cheese. This was all even clearly printed on the receipt. Maybe their cooks aren’t paying attention to the orders. When we thought it couldn’t get worse, we found a long hair in our burger. Do not come to this Burger King, there’s better ones out there.

Went for the first time since middle school (im 21 now) and Rosie has the best service ever. Went one night and had to go back to see her, she remembered us right away! Definitely a must to be served by her.

Horrible had my order get sent elsewhere and had to pay with my last 10 plus Klarna. To have the issue fixed they had me wait 24 to 48 hours.

If I could give this Place zero stars, I would, the manager was so rude. He looked like he hated his job. He didn’t want to help anyone he was screaming at his employees. My kids were so excited to stop because most of the BK’s around us have closed. I couldn’t believe the way he was treating and talking to his employees. There was a girl with glitter eyeshadow, I wish I would’ve caught her name. She was so nice and helpful. She was the only one there that looked like she enjoyed her job and cared to help anyone

I have two experiences, back to back.

The other night I put in an order and showed up about 20 mins after I put it in. The guy over the speaker was very rude and after he finally heard us after repeating ourselves, told us to pull up. We were then ignored for another 20 minutes. He opened the window then walked away. Finally he came back with the order and we left. This was over 40ish minutes of me initially putting on the order and then having to wait. They didn’t have it ready as they were supposed to and he wasn’t attentive. Then when we got home we realized the burger has no cheese after we paid for it, and we had no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and no chocolate sauce for the churros. I brushed it off and that was that.

Today my partner and I had a rough day and didn’t have much time to eat before he had to leave for work, so we went back to BK. I mainly just wanted churros again and with the sauce this time so I wanted to try again. After waiting in line to order we were told by a man to order off the screen. We were a little frustrated since there was multiple open screens and we wish he had disclosed that earlier so we didn’t waste time. Then after trying to order; the screen timed out and told us to order with the cashier. He told us to try again. We tried again, same thing. He comes over and tries to see, the screen reset and he told us to try again. Frustrated we move to another screen and the same issues happens. We ask him to please take our order. He comes over again and watches us use the screen for the fourth time to show him. Same issue. He walks away and doesn’t take our order. Now we’ve really lost a lot of time in our time crunch. Then a woman steps in and helps us way better than the guy did. She takes our order and is kind about it. Then after I ordered coffee she made a new batch and brought it to me. We finally felt heard. So thank you to this lady because I had already been sad and crying not long before this and kindness goes a long way. We got to eat and my partner made it to work just on time, so it all worked out. (Except the marinara sauce was left out again lol) but I was just happy the woman helped. She stepped in and picked up the slack from the others. Hopefully the guy working there can take notes. I understand working food can be rough and suck and is demanding but please do not project it onto customers.

this place used to be a lot better, they remodeled it so it looks gray and lifeless, they’re also always missing stuff that isn’t burgers or fries, they never have mozzarella sticks or onion rings, they never give ketchup with their to go orders either, whoppers are still good tho

I only have one thing to say i miss the 8 nuggets for 1.50🫠 if they can bring that price back, I would have more visits there for sure.😀
