I had honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a California Fish Grill location today here in Southgate California. I’ve been coming to California Fish Grill since 2001 when I used to work in the city of Compton and they were always quite busy so they didn’t really have a lot of time to give you the best service, the food was amazing but the service wasn’t stellar. Today was the first time in 24 years that I was actually acknowledged by someone in either management...
Server Lucia and manager Gustavo were extremely kind! I decided to try the new Island bowl and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and though I picked the fried fish, it sat well with me even though I have IBS. I would like to come back and try the other menu items. I’m pleased to find healthier options in my city ☺️
I don’t get the guys name at the front but he was so welcoming and nice. Checked in to see how the food was and I could hear him hyping up the cooks on the back! He was telling them it was going to be a great day. The food was also very fresh and delish!
