Cheeseburger was sloppily made, it was so disgusting to open the wrapper and tons of mustard and ketchup being squeezed out. Drive thru, no one ahead of me yet had to wait like 7 minutes for a big cheeseburger and jalapeno poppers. Never coming to this location again, the burger was so nasty.

I don’t know if this locations is 24 hour or not, because I went in to the drive through at midnight and I didn’t get helped at the speaker or the window. I circled around twice and waiting several minutes each time.
I saw two employees inside and did not get helped nor did I get acknowledged. Please do not promote yourself as a 24 hour business if you are not going to help your customers 24 HOURS of the day.

Service here is abysmal, especially during the night. Their GY employee Esmeralda is rude and can't count money. She might be a manager too or someone in charge. Asked for a refund when she got my order wrong and got upset when I called her out for a 2 dollar shortage on my refund. Their website is useless too. Complained there and nothing was ever done. This place is trash.
