Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came here to pick up lunch. Staff were friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. Food was great. Dining area inside was clean, and outside was clean and comfy.

This is by far my favorite fast food place, it has it all, healthy ingredients, fast, you can choose from different ingredient selections to customize your plate, and very affordable, ingredients always taste fresh, and like how they constantly update their menu for new and trendy options like the introductions of carne asada, and pastor selections they've put in the menu, place is nice and clean can't beat that.

If you ordered 11/29 around 4 please be aware they were serving RAW chicken. We found it in both bowls. I dont know how careless people can be.

The place was dirty. They had a lot of workers and they were just standing around I was the only customer In line. My Soda was so flat.
I don't know it was nasty.

The food was pretty good nothing to complain there, the workers were friendly, the only thing I have to complain about is the portions... I got a regular bowl rice beans and half chicken half steak, the bean portion seemed unreal i got a minimum of 10 beans in my portion. This is why I won't redeem my points here id rather make a far drive for better portions

The manager seems to be is doing with personal issues and bringing them to work.He's rude.You tried to talk to him.He raises his voice and acts like he's overwhelmed. A couple of the young ladies there are an exception, They're very nice, polite and professional, but most of the rest are very comfortable being disrespectful and having full on conversations about none work related topics while you're standing in front of them Trying to order a meal during your half hour lunch.

They told us chiken will be ready in 10 to 15 so we waited but my daughter got steak it was hard the tortilla was hard disappointed because she likes Chipotle

Please be aware of cashiers overcharging. I was overcharged and getting help for it was a pain in the ass. I didnt even get my full refund back. The cashiers dont pay attention to what they're ringing up and just try to get you out the door.

Huge difference in portion servings when you order online and in person. I’ve been here before and ordered in-person and I decided to order the same thing I always get online and wow did I get screwed. The barbacoa burrito I ordered had little to no meat at all I never expect to get a lot of protein from chipotle but wow this time you guys got me thanks
