I wouldn’t give them no star because they don’t deserve it there was a small fly and told us to pay for it. We refuse to pay for the seafood soup. They call the police and they took our side. Plus they hide the evidence. Showing something else. This place is very dirty bad service they are rude. Don’t recommend to come and eat here.

I been a costumer for years, but today I experienced the worst customer service ever, I found a bug on my soup, when told the lady she did not even apologize, I told I was not going to pay for the soup only for the rest, she tried to make me look like a fool telling me it was burned garlic, I don’t recommend no one going to this place anymore

We are locals who liked to go to Dragon Flame for Chinese food. Tipically the wonton soup and the house chowmein. For the past times we have noticed the place being a little dirty and unattended. Also, we noticed they have dogs within the premises and sometimes in the kitchen where they prepare the food. That is something we don't like. The lady taking orders is sometimes rude. One time she was yelling to the cook very loud. We like to have a good time and meal everytime we go to a restaurant and pay for our food. I think we will stop going to Dragon Flame mainly due to the place having pets around the kitchen and poor customer service. We don't recommend it at all.

This is one of my go to restaurants. The owner is always welcoming and responsive. Some of the items on the menu are my absolute favorite, like pork dumplings, cumin lamb noodle and chicken egg flower soup. It also stays open until 2am at night which makes it convenient for anyone to eat late at night.
Always a fan of the house wonton soup. Great selection of authentic dishes.

Prices are incorrect on the menu. Actual prices are higher. They still haven't fixed this after many reviews complaining about this.1st time coming here.Ordered all my items at the same time but each came out at different times. Had to wait between dishes.The BBQ Duck took the longest to come out as it was prepared last. Probably waited 30min+ just for the duck.Beef Chow mein was good but was what I would consider a small portion. Taste was okay.The Shrimp fried rice shouldn't have taken as long as it did to prepare. The taste was okay.The BBQ Duck was the worst offender. It didn't look at all like what the menu showed. It was actually grey colored, bland, and dry with lots of burned bits on it. Could taste the burned parts too much. The side-sauce didn't help much.Was hoping it would be somewhere I'd regularly eat out as there's not many places that serve duck.Can't eat here again unless the quality issue is fixed.

Gave them 4 stars only because I felt bad for them...the food was good but it was a typical sleazy Chinese joint, dark, dingy and no ambience unless you like staring at cardboard boxes. No wonder I was the lone diner there...
