I ordered an iced coffee, vanilla, and asked for a whipped cream on it and when I got it at the window, it didn’t have any, so I asked the cashier if he could add it to my drink since he forgot to add it or if he could give me a cup on the side and he told me no I’ll be going back to Starbucks
Called to check for a update on application to see if they can check it and associates and manager spoke bad saying things about me that I don’t know her or remember her when I clearly said if they can check only
and didn’t end the call kept waiting and waiting rude of there part
Karen the cashier made an Apple Card transaction without my approval .Leah didn’t want to refund it because she mention it can be scammer and wanted the actually card when I didn’t paid with actual card what kind of customer service is this

I like Dunkin iced coffee it's better than Starbucks and way cheaper. Right now you can get a $5 iced coffee and it comes with two wraps

I been waiting on my food for like 10 minutes and the car in back of got their food before the service here sucks and the workers are slow might as well hire one person cause it seems like that’s all that is working

This is a very, very, very shitty location no good customer service And they trick you into thinking you’re paying the right price which you’re not they give you what they want not what you order. I went the other day and I ordered two large iced cappuccino’s which I Told him through the intercom I wanted 2 large and charges me a medium for the price of a large cappuccino!!! I have receipt some photos. I just haven’t gone to their location. to avoid problems!!! They’re so quick to judge people by color!! here at this location, someone needs to do something about this before other people do

Went thru drive thru on 7/4/25 around 1:25pm drive thru worker was rude and seem careless . Once we drove up to the window received the same treatment in person. Attention management employees need to get more training in customer service.. they need to treat customers with more respect.

Service was slow for 3 employees and barely any customers. Zero sense of urgency. Employees ignore you at window and serve drive thru customers first even when they drive in long after you've ordered. So many things wrong with this place. Almost 30 min wait time for hot food to be served cold. Never again with this place.

Best service at a dunkin I've ever had. Sophia helped me out with my order and was very nice and patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The frozen chocolate was very delicious.
Food is cold donuts are not good in here 😭 it was a waste of time come all the way over here just to get old donuts 😡 and a fly in my box today luckily I opened it and checked them the fly came out walking around my doughnuts in the drive thru and the lady had just put them in there I know cashier SOPHIA seen the fly before closing the box and I was buying for my kids so beware here check ur boxes and doughnuts

I got a regular dunkalatte and it tasted terrible I didn’t want to complain cause the lady already seemed annoyed and honestly I would’ve let the taste slide if it wasn’t for the amount of drink I was missing my cup was a
solid 85% full
Unfortunately, this place makes it complicated to order and won’t take Dunkin Donuts gift cards. Customer service rep didn’t care and I wouldn’t recommend going here!
