Service was slow for 3 employees and barely any customers. Zero sense of urgency. Employees ignore you at window and serve drive thru customers first even when they drive in long after you've ordered. So many things wrong with this place. Almost 30 min wait time for hot food to be served cold. Never again with this place.

Best service at a dunkin I've ever had. Sophia helped me out with my order and was very nice and patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The frozen chocolate was very delicious.

Food is cold donuts are not good in here đ it was a waste of time come all the way over here just to get old donuts đĄ and a fly in my box today luckily I opened it and checked them the fly came out walking around my doughnuts in the drive thru and the lady had just put them in there I know cashier SOPHIA seen the fly before closing the box and I was buying for my kids so beware here check ur boxes and doughnuts

I got a regular dunkalatte and it tasted terrible I didnât want to complain cause the lady already seemed annoyed and honestly I wouldâve let the taste slide if it wasnât for the amount of drink I was missing my cup was a solid 85% full

There is very few times I write reviews but today pissed me off . Today 05/06 I went to this dunkin spot for nurses week to get my free iced coffee and when I showed my badge the window attendant rolled her eyes and made the biggest â UGHâ sound. Like Iâm sorry for being such an inconvenience that I wanted a free coffee one day out of the year, it must have come out of your pocket. It was a young black adolescent girl who greeted me so poorly . To blatantly disrespect someone to their face is completely unacceptable.

0 stars.... was accused of throwing trash outside drive thru window. Employee addressed me then walked away while shutting the drive thtu window.. Very unprofessional.. i suggest far better training in customer service....

Will never come to this location again. They donât service you at the window, you can only order through the kiosk or drive thru. You can only pay cash in the drive thru. Tried to order for 10 minutes on the kiosk that kept reloading when I was trying to pay and still couldnât get any help.
