Please dunkin manager, please ? retrain employees on how to make drinks properly. Every time I go it always tastes different, It's either too bitter or not sweet enough. I literally have to go to other dunkins just to get a properly made drink.

Pay point outside can be touchy. Doughnuts are coming from another location and they just put them in someone's truck or car to deliver them to South Gate. WTH....? They don't make Doughnuts there?

I used to actually like this Dunkin but all they’ve been doing is messing up my orders; Not only that but they forget the give the debit/credit cards back. Apparently they have a collection of cards “in the back”. Customer service is mediocre at best. Sometimes they’re nice and sometimes they just wanna rush you out and your drink. Which later ends up costing you money. I try to never complain on the spot as I know how difficult a customer service job can be but boy it gets irritating. I rather just drive to different locations now.

My favorite is the powder donut. But I can have only, because I have 2 my stomach hurts. I haven't had their cold drinks. I will be trying their decaf and comparing to Micky Ds. I like that their is a drive thru. Please give napkins! Come on.

Bad customer service, stopped by because the line was short. Ordered a medium size matcha ice latte , told them to put light ice . I get to the window and the cup wasn't full to the top. I asked if they can fill it up and give me a straw and the person responded with " I can add more milk but it wouldn't taste like matcha" Very wrong response because obviously you would add more milk and more matcha. I took my cup and left didn't feel like arguing about it. But bad customer service. If I pay for my drink and just said light ice . The drink was supposed to be made the correct way and fills up to the top. And just light ice .
Writing this as I've been waiting 35 minutes for my brothers drink. I flagged it to the employee she said they have a lot of drive thru orders and there's only 3 people working the line. Horrible schedule planning on managements end. I explained there are just as many kiosk clients waiting for their drink and drive thru orders. The employees are trying the best they can on Christmas day so this is definitely a mismanagement issue.

Poor customer service, Horrible customer service, ordered through the app and I was standing like an idiot in front of the window and the workers were ignoring me, 30 min later I'm knocking on the window and they just look mad, still waiting for my iced coffee while writing this review

Picking up donuts on Christmas, and these angels are working hard and being so freaking polite. Ronaldo on the drive thru was so nice and patient. They all look like teenagers or young adults so I hope they have a good day today. Working on a holiday is always tough so I'm so happy with this exchange.

When ordering the girl didn't seem to know her own menu.. we ordered a cookie latte they gave us brown sugar latte, when we got the coffee it was terrible and it had a long black hair in it.
