First time here. Service was bleh. Expecting better since it was my first time. Food was good. I like the Mango drink.

I got the roasted red pepper chicken sandwich and the black tea with mango purée. Everything was perfect. The tea wasn't too sweet and the sandwich was flavorful. Order before you go if you're in a hurry. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Well this is what you end up with when you are in Southgate and you search "lunch". Eatgud was one of the first searches that came up and it looked healthy, reasonable in price, and a cute atmosphere. (Although, I must say I wish it had indoor seating too, not anymore). Most of the menu is pretty simple. It is a mixture of tuna, avocado, chicken sandwiches that are on either sourdough or multi grain bread. Do you select an option on their outdoor touchscreen menu, select your bread, select your add-ons, and add whatever sides you want. Not a huge selection of sandwiches however you can also order an Açaí bowl or they have a bread free option with a couple of choices for avocado halves. Like the outdoor decoration. It was dainty and the menu with the tables made it feel like a little picnic. Could see this being a decent lunch date if you want something light and healthy. I ordered the chicken sandwich and added avocado with Dave's killer bread and it was a good sized portion. Also I got kettle style sea salt chips. At the door those two things cost about $13. So not cheap but neither is anything else in Los Angeles County. Enjoyed the sandwich and would come back if I was in the area but for now I will say this eatery stands out in what you would normally find in Southgate.

I order for delivery about once a month. Helps me feel good during a busy day at work. Tasty and healthy, always a good option.

First time there they gave me the wrong order but the food was delicious so whatever lol. Parking is in the back, not that hard to find just go through the back alley and it'll be a small parking lot

Tried this place out today as it's .8 miles away from where i live right now. I ordered the Banana Mango smoothie, Berries Smoothie, and a chicken sandwich... it was all so AMAZING! the chicken was seasoned GOOD and the hummus spread, onions, and cucumber... were truly chefs kiss. I'll definitely come back.

Awesome food, cool spot. I hope to see them grow and expand to other locations. Chicken strawberry avocado sandwich and raspberry tea was amazing. They just need to open a seating area inside, when it's hot the patio is not that comfortable. Maybe add a fan outside. Thanks

Really good food. We got the red pepper sandwich without radish or sprouts, added avocado. The beverages have a hint of sweetness, not a lot of sugar. They have a really cute outdoor patio. No entry to the actual restaurant. You can't enter from the front, it almost looks like they're out of business since they have wood covering the door but the restaurant is in the back. You order through a small computer outside and they call out your name once it's ready at the window. I would come again.

Nice place. My friend and I were looking for a breakfast place and stopped there on our way. Small, cute, has 2 car parking pin the back.

I gave it 3 stars because I wasn't able to actually eat lol I had cash and I had apple pay. They don't take cash OR Apple Pay. Hopefully the next time I'm around the area I can eat but it would be cool if you had different methods of paying besides exclusively card.

If you are not from South Gate you can not talk about the "environment" or "shady location". If you are from South Gate you know it is so hard to find healthy options in our cute. Eatgud has provided that since they opened. They have managed to remain open throughout the whole pandemic and have been consistent. They are a mom and pop shop that is proud of their community. I love their food and there service. Thank you Eatgud for providing fresh food and an alternative to junk food. So many petty reviews that are not necessary. Give it a try you will love it .

You can easily drive past this little place. It looks abandoned and closed down and the signage directing you to the back is terrible! That can use a little more effort. Once you make your way to the back you realize it's self service. Considering there's limited human interaction, I feel they should be welcoming and friendly when your food is given to you.....bro they piled everything and shoved the tower of boxes at me and the worker was literally dropping everything. It was annoying! Customer service is a huge factor for a lot of people, like don't you want people to come back and continue to support your business? I ordered a black tea and got sweetened water with milk lol The avocado toast, don't waste your time! Tiniest ratio of avocado. If you're a foodie and love your avocado toast this is not it! I'm short, Sometimes you can just brush off the poor customer service if the food is spectacular, not the case here oh and no restrooms

Hard to find, when you finally find it in the back of an alley, there's hardly parking. Then you get out of the car, it's only online order with other people already there trying to navigate the device they have outside. If you have 5 hours to wait, then give it a try.

Straightforward self-serve kiosk. Food was fast but still flavorful and fresh! The ingredients were high quality and the meal was well prepared. I will be back!
