This afternoon, we visited Pollo Loco in South Gate on Tweedy, to purchase chicken and encountered subpar service. We endured an extended wait of approximately 20 minutes without any apparent reason. Additionally, the registers displayed a negative demeanor, which contributed to the overall unsatisfactory experience. Notably, Mrs. Monserrat conduct was particularly egregious including the rest of the staff. The service provided at this location was severely lacking.

Ordered chicken tostada chicken super dry and hard. The avocado bad really bad. Last time I visit this pollo loco. Looks like I was given a tostada from 2 days ago

this pollo loco is a scam they gave me a side of guacamole w/ my quesadilla, it was straight up a piece of avacado, they didn’t event try smushing it just a bit so that it could be considered guacamole, and the lady that gave us our food didn’t wanna give us dressing cause “it came mixed inside with the salad,” we got home, ate it, and there was no dressing at all.

Ordered a BRC which comes with a drink and chips; only got the burrito. The burrito was mainly rice until you got to the end where there was some cheese and beans.

Not worth going to this location.

This pollo loco store is a ripoff I bought a chicken tostada salad and I got everything but chicken I asked the employees and they were very rude specially the lady preparing the food she had a lot of tattoos on her arms I think she is one of the managers

I was in drive through waiting for about 10 mins. Just to get the front to be told there was no more chicken. I told the two ladies I’m they should put a sign up when additional waiting time is needed. And both started laughing at me. Very rude. I was being polite.

25+ minutes wait time.
Ordered a regular 2 piece meal and chicken tostada salad, nothing special. I even asked 3 times. We kept seeing cars go thru the drive thru immediately. Orders after we order at the counter come out. We were about to ask for a refund when it finally came out.
