25+ minutes wait time. Ordered a regular 2 piece meal and chicken tostada salad, nothing special. I even asked 3 times. We kept seeing cars go thru the drive thru immediately. Orders after we order at the counter come out. We were about to ask for a refund when it finally came out.

Yesterday, I went to this El Pollo Loco in South Gate, California. There's only one person there who has good customer service. The food is good, except its wannabe Guacamole, which is made from green squash but no avocado. Every time I go there I have to ask for hot sauce which is delicious. Their Pico de Gallo has more water than it does have tomatoes onions and chili. You guys can do better than this.

My neighborhood Pollo Loco always comes through. The chicken is always cooked just right, other menu items are always fresh, the location is clean, great family atmosphere for those who choose to dine-in. The service at the drive-through window is quick, I’ve never had missing items, and forks/spoons napkins, and chili are always included. Great service and great food… go get some chicken!

Well to start off, Went inside to place an order, Table are dirty, filth everywhere , Employees sitting around on there cellphones waiting for time to fly, Chicken dry with no flavor , Never coming here again , Shut this place down, fire everyone and have new management. I got the shredded beef quesadilla and food was good I ordered a churro before I left and the cashier counting the register out went to go touch food after handling cash I was in disbelief I was a lead at another restaurant and we were never allowed to touch the food after counting the register out! Hopefully no one gets sick but that’s dangerous and gross.
