25+ minutes wait time.
Ordered a regular 2 piece meal and chicken tostada salad, nothing special. I even asked 3 times. We kept seeing cars go thru the drive thru immediately. Orders after we order at the counter come out. We were about to ask for a refund when it finally came out.

I recently visited the El Pollo Loco drive-thru and was thoroughly impressed. The service was incredibly quick, and my order was perfectly bagged, ensuring nothing was missing or out of place. The customer service was great, meeting all my expectations. I'll definitely be returning!

Yesterday, I went to this El Pollo Loco in South Gate, California. There's only one person there who has good customer service. The food is good, except its wannabe Guacamole, which is made from green squash but no avocado. Every time I go there I have to ask for hot sauce which is delicious. Their Pico de Gallo has more water than it does have tomatoes onions and chili. You guys can do better than this.
