I went yesterday at 9:04 p.m., and i was making a line for the cashier to tell that they weren't taking any more orders. I asked why if it is only 9:09, she proceeds to say because i already closed the register, i said i could pay with the card, and she said no even though the door and Google says they close at 10pm

Ordered a 16 pc family and when we got home we noticed an order of LG chips we had ordered was missing. They seal the bag so didn't get to check. Called the number that we found online but no answer. Was hoping for a refund since my order was not complete. The quality has declined from this location.

Employees are loud and unprofessional. You can’t have a nice meal in the restaurant because they are laughing, loud like a fiesta. The refreshments were not filled. But they are busy to help customers.

This place always has the rudest person taking your order she rushes you even when there’s no one . There’s always something either sauce or drinks there’s no teas like all of the other pollo loco locations bathrooms are not the cleanest yet with the service you get you really don’t want to spend a lot of time in there
Went on the day before Memorial Day for a late lunch.
Ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup and what I received was water and oil. It had a foul smell but added the extra items like cheese and chips that are given.
It tasted awful. No flavor and a nasty aftertaste. After I finished about 1/3 of the soup, it smelled putrid and didn't finish it.
Later that night I was throwing up.
In addition to the soup, I got a family meal. My family had similar symptoms of throwing up.
DO NOT COME HERE, AWFUL experience

Horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to spend 4 days on the toilet! My mom and cousin both got severe food poisoning and associated fever thanks to this place! The sides were cold and the chicken tortilla soup smelled absolutely rancid!!! Avoid this place! It is a health hazard! The chicken is not fresh either, it is dry and tastes old.

Ordered online pickup for chicken avocado tacos. I come home and the tortillas are fried, there’s no avocado or sauce on it. So disappointed but im not driving back cause it’s far??♀️ check your orders before leaving.
