I absolutely loved it, I went for my birthday and I loved my server, I would have given it 5 stars for service but the manager was a bit disgruntled and a bit judgy (not verbally) but the food was amazing and our table wasn't dirty like a McDonald's, highly recommend this restaurant if you want some good quality wings and... Well we all know why we go to hooters ?Parking: There was a good amount of parking but it was a Monday when I went so it's definitely more packed on the weekends so their might be limited parking

Long beach hooters is still better for service and eye candy. Food was ok, philly cheese steak was a lot smaller than I expected, pretzels and cheese were recommended by my waitress, they were mid, not goingbto order them again anytime soon.

We went on the day of the fight on 3/9, and according to the manager, we had Briana as our server. Anyone reading this, take a picture of your receipt once signed because Briana gave herself a $110 tip without the cardholder's approval. We spoke with the manager, and she stated that this is not the first time Briana has done this. My question is, why is she still working there? Once is enough, but multiple times to other customers, is unacceptable and questionable on who Hooters decides to hire and maintain even after committing fraud.Tips are earned, and her service did not match the tip she gave herself, which is why she got herself a $10 tip. But now, it should have been Zero.

The food was terrible ? everything I ordered was terrible. Even the two drinks I ordered and I guess it’s my fault because I have not been to Hooters since I was in Chicago or maybe they don’t make them the same but the wings were still tiny like everything was so tiny, even the shrimp that they advertise is big in the pictures or at least a decent size but they bought out these tiny shrimp. The drinks were and I’m talking about the mixed drinks they were over sugared I had a hard time finishing one of my drinks. The service was nice but the overall food yuck and another thing they forgot to add my sauce to the wings and instead of tossing my wings, they just dump some sauce on top of it in the wings are so tiny to be over priced 10 wings are 20.00 !! that’s just highway robbery right there. I know it’s all silly due to inflation, but they need to do better with the food presentation.

Went here with a couple friends and the service was absolutely horrible. We got there at 7:30 and waited 15 minutes before someone greeted us and asked for a drink order. We wait another 20 minutes before drinks arrive and then we order food and of course takes forever. When the food finally arrives it was painfully mediocre. The cherry on top is how long we had to wait for the check probably about an hour before we get checks and they messed up the checks and charged us for a bunch of stuff we didn’t get and that took forever to get correct. I will never be back and it was 2 and a half hours of my life I’ll never get back

Nothing spectacular. Service wasnt bad, but the host was attentive, and seemed bothered or stuck up. Didnt even try to make small talk. We mostly kept to ourselves with her vibeDidn't feel hospitable. Food was average, we should have gone to the other new place.
