Haven't been to this location in years because the previous manager always made us feel rushed and the food was not the best.
I'm not sure if there is new management, but the food was very fresh and the service was fine except for the first waitress who didn't want my daughter and her friend to sit at a different table despite being told they were paying separately from my group. Another waitress stepped in and said it was okay, 4 at one table and the teens at another and it would be two checks. It wasn't busy on that day many tables were available.
Overall it was okay.

Had a great server but the food was horrible. Upon ordering my pancakes came out with hair in the butter. Then after we got that fix I was eating my hash brown and it the had multiple hairs in them. Pleas check your food when eating here .

Verónica was Amazing! Very sweet, attentive and dedicated. She didn't mind when I asked a bunch of questions at the beginning. Happy Birthday month to me!
Worst service ever. We went to have a birthday breakfast with my niece but instead of having a good time it was the total opposite. The waiter kept getting the drinks wrong when we were ordering and to top it off once he brought the drink he spilled the iced cold coffee on my one year old daughter. So that upset my niece who kept crying and my little one. Never again will I be going to this ihop. Third time going and not liking the service.
