Packed to the limit party of five we were seated instantly we ordered and got our food within 5 min great only issue the entire visit was ordered a burger with extra meat patty and got a single burger didnt feel like making any waves so i left 5 bux tip instead of twenty

I came here on a rainy day with my family . And i had a coupon for ihop . We bought meals that qualify . Never did it say it doesn't qualify here . The waitress refused to use the coupon. I asked manager to at least try it . She said okay only this time . Wow it worked.. like they know but dont like coupons . Times are tough . I even got these coupons in lynwood mail . Disappointed .

The food it's ok nothing special except for the pancakes which are my favorite.
My food was okay. I expected a plan because you know they never had salt because everybody had their salt preference but the juice that I had for breakfast was watered down. Also the coffee that my mom had was also watered down and you could tell when she was pouring it. I just didn't want to say anything, to her of course I remember when that location used to give actual orange juice not watered down orange juice. These are the business tricks that keep customers from returning

Worst experience at an IHOP ever . Visiting my inlaws and brought them here mistake . Food was dry and flavor less service was not friendly the place was not clean and super crowded. No attention to detail and we complained about the food being dry and they didn't offer to redo the plate.
The variety on their menu, the great service I received, the environment of IHOP, as a place where you can relax, meet friendly people, including staff, and get a good meal, it speaks for itself. -Customer for Life

The waitress was bitter from the moment she started taking the order and gave me my food wrong. She put a knife inside my food on the plate. She returned my plate. I was left without breakfast. I always came to this one. I like the spaciousness. I will visit other IHOPs in the future.):):
