My order is always wrong or something missing the cashier was too worried about how nice my car was instead of focusing on my order had to remind him where my drink was?was also missing food
Before they had better service, now it's very bad. They gave me the wrong hamburgers, they hadn't given me the cups for the drinks and when I asked for the cups they gave me a cup of coffee and then they gave me the smallest cups. When I paid for 3 medium combos they only gave me the number. They leave the food but they don't give you the cups for the drinks and the raw potatoes. I liked buying at this place but after this I will not buy again.

Hair on food.(Edit: issue was resolved by ceci, i believe thats her name, very polite, respectful, and understanding, don't know if shes management but very satified with the problem solving she provided) This is about an order i placed on friday march 21, 2025, at around 10:45 PM, i got to the window, said hi, took my food, got home and starting eating. As i was very much enjoying my food i found a hair on my loaded tiny tacos (yes giving the order as well) so just imagine that, i was surprised and disgusted to see that, on there. Who ever is in charge of that particular store/location please make sure the employees are using hats or something that protectsand prevents this kind of problem. This is food we're talking about :(

So my fiance order uber eats on sunday oct 6 at 1 am after a korn concert Great time yall ruin the rest of the night seriously ALL of this food not 1 SAUCE in sight ni napkins ? terrible service y aparte they give me the last of bottoms curly fries ? of the bag only 2 little curly fries and the rest are hardened half way curls like they be sitting on the food warmer since the beginning of whos evers shift. I'm not even drunk enough to eat this hasta se me quito la peda. I had to look for left over taco bell sauce and ketchup ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธ?โโ๏ธWE should have ordered somewhere else if I knew this is how yall treat ur customers.
@ this location dining area is usually very dirty; tables never wiped down when customers leave if you want to eat inside you have to clean your own area. Not crowded (when students arenโt coming out from school) Food and specifically tacos where old, stale, and too greasy. Was teaching my kids how to pay them selves, order and ask for their napkins however staff isnโt inviting or kind. I did slide on water that was leaking from their soda machine huge puddle walked around still slid because the puddle was growing larger and other customers foot steps where all around. Curly fries where okay, they do give you access to condiments like ketchup and ranch , great deals going on right now, & delicious mocha iced coffee. Also nice to be in the a/c so for atmosphere 2stars. Letโs make it a great atmosphere as best as we can where ever we go. ?
