There was no add ons, just the sandwich fries and a drink, and I was charged $1,74 for California State tax which brought my total to $8.54 which would make the tax percentage to be about 17 cents per dollar which is gravely incorrect. The current rate is around 9,74 per dollar in our zip code. Can you explain why this is happening and what do you plan to do to fix this problem?. I plan to take my business else where if nothing is done to fix this,

Not sure the lady that took her order her name is Diana but my cousin got off to order her food will I went though the Drive through to order my food. So when she started to get in the car the drink fall so we asked for a refill and the lady said no refill we even told her what happened so than I said she had 3 cups in her hand why didn't they give her a cup holder and the lady said well I'm only going to do it this 1 time so next Oh well. This is the 2nd time I get bad service and attitude from this place

I don't eat anything spicy, and I ordered a Jack Warp without spice and these people put as much spice as possible on it, I went to tell them that and they said no, I ordered it with spice, I told them to check the recording and they didn't do anything, in the end I lost my money because I'm afraid they'll give me another one the same or spit it out and they were also laughing before giving me the order
