Not sure the lady that took her order her name is Diana but my cousin got off to order her food will I went though the Drive through to order my food. So when she started to get in the car the drink fall so we asked for a refill and the lady said no refill we even told her what happened so than I said she had 3 cups in her hand why didn't they give her a cup holder and the lady said well I'm only going to do it this 1 time so next Oh well. This is the 2nd time I get bad service and attitude from this place

I don't eat anything spicy, and I ordered a Jack Warp without spice and these people put as much spice as possible on it, I went to tell them that and they said no, I ordered it with spice, I told them to check the recording and they didn't do anything, in the end I lost my money because I'm afraid they'll give me another one the same or spit it out and they were also laughing before giving me the order

Gave this store a second chance after they messed up my order once. Came by to order 2 5 piece spicy tenders with two medium curly fries and ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich. I asked them for them for no ranch and mayo and they assured me that the homestyle doesn't carry mayo. They asked if I wanted mayo and I said no. Drove up and paid 36 dollars for the whole order. Drove home to see that they gave a plain chicken sandwich WITH mayo. Please check your order before you leave this drive through. I don't know if they do this on purpose.
