Ordered today at KFC Two Notch Rd Columbia, SC 29223 Store # 665030 Ticket # 4609 and I ordered 8 piece deal and when got home and sat down to eat the Chicken was cold and full of Grease. This is what you call bad service and Bad Food, who do I contact??

I order through Uber eats and it would be nice if restaurant staff read what's on the order!! I ordered the regular chicken sandwich and got the spicy which honestly sucks! customer service is truly dead! some poor slob is also likely missing the large gravy because I didn't order any!

This place was quick and handed me my food. The cashier Shawn was friendly and offered conversation while Fernando handed me my order. I know it was a team effort with other staff but it was amazing.

i love getting the Tuesday special. 8 piece dark for $10. but now they want to charge me .50 for BBQ sauce. The person at the counter acted as if this was normal . but it was my first time being charged for bbq sauce. i will just buy a big bottle of bbq sauce for myself.
