got an esquite and the cheese was the worst cheese i’ve ever had really put a damper on my whole day, avoid this place and go elsewhere

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had too in order to post this review. By far the WORST ice cream store I have ever been too!!! There are so many better michoacana ice cream shops around the city than this one. My family and I were craving some ice cream so we walked to this store and as soon I was about to step a foot inside this shop the floor was soaked wet and there was no sign that the floor was wet so I waited for one of the workers to lmk if it was safe to enter. The worker saw me and told me it was fine to come in but to make sure to not fall because they don’t have business insurance in case I got hurt. What in the world what kind of business runs without insurance so if I would of tripped and fell and hit myself I would have to get the law involved for not placing a sign saying the floor was wet. Another incident occurred where while we were waiting in line my mother got hit with the chairs that the worker was putting away. My sister told the worker to be careful since she passed by them 3 times and hit my mom and didn’t even apologize. She said she didn’t hurt her when my mom clearly told her she did. Instead of admitting you hurt her you continued to argue with her. I told the cashier off and said what I had to say because no customer who’s paying and waiting in line should have to ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected period! I hope they check their employees for their rude, incompetent, and disgusting behavior. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. I’m usually never the type of person to call out a business especially when I’m trying to support Mexican owners small businesses but if they think this is what it takes to run one boy they need to be checked. In glad I’m not the only one who has to write a bad review you can see other reviews on here for reference.

This is one of the worst Michoacanas I've been to and I've been to like 10 different ones. The ice cream was really expensive (20 bucks for 2 doubles), the abuelitas tasted like straight sugar, and they tried to pass off some crappy chocolate as Ferrero rocher. Will not be returning.

I ordered on uber eats and it was a total waste of money. The esquite was favor-less and it literally had a pinch of cheese. Totally ridiculous!!!! I ordered the large bionico. The container was large, the bionico on the other hand was not and to top it off it didn’t have granola. Over all my order was a total disappointment, save your money and order from somewhere else.

Terrible service, how is it possible that their card machines don't work and if they charge my bank and I still have to pay cash and I'm coming back to receive my refund and the owner says it's not that store wow they still serve reluctantly

The place is not worth it vrg the lady who serves you charges you more everything is expensive for a snow girl they charged me $10 when we Michoacán women I have gone and it is 5 dollars that lady is putting a little money in her wallet and is charging what is not

Stopped by for 2 waters I payed with Apple Pay and was charged for the waters but the payment didn’t go through on their end I had to pay cash this was sept 7 I came back today sept 26 and they said I would have to come back again what an inconvenience why would I as the customer have to be driving back and forth when the issue was the point of sale

Very bad service, I went for a shaved head, they didn't attend to me, I had to wait and it was empty, I said hello, the girl came out and started talking on the phone and finally she attended to me.

worst customer service I have ever had so far ladies are unorganized unprofessional and have no idea what there doing whos order is whos I came here after work for some nachos hot cheetos with chees and an ice cream very simple order they made everything at different times half my order was sitting on the counter without letting me know the chips were so soggy and cold from the cheese on them sitting there when I infrormed the employer she took the soggy chips and added more cheese on top of the cold ones and said she couldnt give me new ones even though they never told me they were mine on the counter then they tried charging me for another customers order on top of mine dont go there if you dont want a headaches worst service ever!!!

Order some fresas con crema, on UberEats… thinking all Michoacanas are the same. My fresas con crema where delivered and I was so disappointed in the size of the cup! Total total rip off! Didn’t want to bother and get ready to go to my local Michoacana Shop which now I regret so much. It was about to close and didn’t want to bother getting ready. So decided to order online elsewhere they close and hour later. Wow se pasan… I order the small and other Michoacanas cups are wayyy bigger same price. Ordered 8:30 pm
