I recently had a very disappointing experience at your location due to the unprofessional behavior of a manager named Rafael. Throughout our interaction, he spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I didn’t understand what was going on. It felt very disrespectful and unnecessary. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, especially by someone in a managerial role.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so that other customers don’t have to go through a similar experience.

The manager, Rafael, was very slow in handling my issue and didn’t seem to understand that I didn’t want my order remade I simply wanted a refund. It felt like basic customer service expectations weren’t met, and the situation could’ve been handled much more efficiently.

Avoid this Mc. Donald’s. Horrible customer service. Asked for a refill and they said you must finish the drink to get a refill. The location was also dirty and the wait time to get food inside is horrible.
