Stopped by this place randomly and was pleasantly surprised. The menu is super clear — everything is pictured, which makes it easy to choose. I got the Chicken Teriyaki with Spicy Chicken (Combo I). Honestly, really tasty. The spicy chicken had a nice kick, and the teriyaki was grilled just right. Big portion too — rice was fluffy, veggies were fresh and not overcooked.
What I liked most is that the food looked just like the pictures. No surprises. Service was quick even though there was a line. It’s a simple spot, nothing fancy, but clean and efficient. Great place if you want something fast, filling, and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back to try the beef next time.

I have been coming here for years before mom and dad gave the reins to the son and it has kept its unique and delicious flavor...I recommend getting #5 chicken noodles with extra gravy....promise you won't regret it if you like flavorful and clean Asian food.

I was a loyal customer for many years. Today was such a disappointment. They take out tray is smaller than before and the food was let’s just say I get more at Panda. The portions are reduced by 70% yet the prices have gone up. No wonder no one was eating in there when I went to order. So disappointed … they lost a good paying customer.

Food is mediocre, order beef and broccoli, beef was no where to be found. Same issue with kung pao chicken, all vegetable with very little chiclen Meat portion are very small, not worth the price. When for condiments it feels like they are doing you a favor. Cashier attitude feels very pushy and rude. Use to be much better than this years past. I don’t recommend this place., I will never come back again.

All Asian workers for a long time , I think it was sold to raza and now they have changed things like ingredients and cooking methods , taste is not the same at all . RIP meat bowl South Gate

They used to be good when the original workers were there, now I get attitude about ordering extra teriyaki sauce & still cop an attitude when they tell me they have to charge me & I gladly oblige. The whole new crew are complete wack jobs, you tell them thank you & have a nice day and they look at you like you stole something just for ordering extra teriyaki sauce, keep these guys around and they're gonna run the business to the ground. This time I go, it's exactly the same hostile environment for no reason at all other than asking for extra sauce & paying for it. & Look at this, they literally put less than half of the regular chicken portion for me and my brother on PURPOSE. There's literally so little chicken on both of our plates compared to the normal portion it's laughable. As a Mexican myself these guys are the type of people who give us a bad name. You hate your job? Go get another job .. food is incredible but giving us a small portion of chicken on a large chicken fried rice plate is crazy. That whole crew is TERRIBLE. Down to the lady working the register & the dumb kid that operates the register with the Nayarit hat. Go get another job if you're mad as hell at a customers simple request for more sauce that I pay for gladly
