Good food terrible service even if you order on the phone they always will tell you 20 minutes when you get there you still wait another 20-30 minutes. Gone to eat there will take 20 minutes to get service. Wish they would hire another person . Been there at least 10 times and ordered over the phone about the same and it's always the same.

Bad service, I called to order and they told me I was going to wait half an hour and I arrived and waited almost half an hour more and no one told me anything
I ordered six pupusas revueltas to pick up @ 8:30 PM on 02/02/2025 .
They were good , but extra heavy on beans , some cheese and NO chicharron AT ALL !!!!
Very disappointed being my first time purchasing from them !!!

Isabel didn't serve me Well, she was very rude, the food had hair, like a worker, it's so that one pays for good service. I don't know if I wasn't having a bad day, but she did serve me very badly, without respect and angry. I'm an everyday customer and I've never been disappointed. passing this bad service.

For 6 months now, the pupusas here are making them ugly. The acidic cheese is no longer useful. I no longer recommend the pupusas here. Look for new places to eat pupusas.
Another thing you call to place the order and not wait and just pick up the pupusas
But it's no use, the people who cook here are very slow, you have to wait even if they order by calling, they never give you the things in the time they say when they place the order.

Restaurant is a family one but servoce is a failure. 40 minutes to make some pupusas??? Restaurant it says pupuseria meaning they must have materials ready to make them not send someone to food for less for cabbage, tomatoes and oil; or sending personal to buy masa chicharrón,cheese, to amapola so they can start making those pupusas

It has a good seasoning. I liked that they were not stingy with the curtido and sauce. That represents the country of El Salvador very well.
