So happy to see this cute, trendy new addition in South Gate! I tried their boba tea and absolutely loved it. So many places overload drinks with sugar, and you can’t even taste the tea, but this one had the perfect balance and was genuinely delicious. I’ll definitely be back. Natalie and Kevin were delightful, and the whole place has such a great vibe.

I want to start off by saying that I love South Gate and I am happy to see businesses offer something different, as this business does. The ice cream and cookies are not bad… However, it pains me to say that I cannot understand how this shop charges MORE than Los Angeles’s most premier and delicious ice cream shops. Compare prices to Salt & Straw, Van Leeuwen, Paradis, Diddy Riese, and other boutique ice cream and gelato shops in upscale neighborhoods and this place charges 25-30% more. How? With or without an explanation for prices, I cannot bring myself to pay these amounts for the product. They’ve been open a while so I take it locals are willing to pay... With all that said, I sincerely wish them good luck.

For many months, I've passed this site and never bothered to enter. Ever so often, I'll walk through Tweedy Mile and think to myself, "I wonder what this site has in store." Finally, after many passive walks, unlimately, I decided to explore this quirky site. It's actually a great little spot for ice cream and coffee, cookies. Hence the name, milk+cookies! Since this place is owned by younger folks who want to emphasize their business. They naturally have my blessing, it's a good to show some love.
Kid-friendliness: If coffee is too strong for kids, there's options such as ice cream and cookies.
