Love that I found this place. It's open hella late & the steak bowl is incredible. I stop by at least twice a month. Staff is friendly & bathrooms are always clean. Hope they are around for a long time.

Overall:

- clean food
- decent quality to be honest
-- Meats, veggies
-- the garlic noodles were of a pretty decent quality too
- place is clean
- price is not too bad given our current economic situation and it is on par with most other similar restaurants

Why minus 1 star?
- bulgogi felt almost paper thin
-- not an adequate amount/portion at that point to be honest
- I wasn't too too hungry when I met up with some friends and after getting a bulgogi bowl and spending $20 (bowl plus soda) I was still hungry. 3 out of people still were.

So if you're looking for a fairly flavorful light meal this is honestly a good choice.

The beef bulgogi sandwich was very low quality, skin still on the cucumber, over abundance of cilantro and carrots. The beef was no good either.
Vietnamese iced coffee was mid to ok but overall I’m not coming here anymore.

No problems with the food. But I asked for a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, without ice, and only served half a cup of the drink. For a drink just under $6, I would expect to get a full cup of the beverage, not half. The employee in the register was nice enough to fill out the rest with cream, but I'm paying for the cup of coffee, not cream. Not the employees fault, they're just following weird rules.

Even Starbucks serves a full cup of iced coffee when I ask for a cold brew without ice. Pretty scummy.

A fast food type of restaurant. Asian/Vietnamese fusion. You order at the counter and they call when your food is ready. I tried the garlic noodles with bulgogi beef and added egg. It was tasty. I will come back to try other items on the menu!

Very expensive. $55 for 2 people. Sliders were from frozen meat pucks and chicken was mid grade. They love garlic and cilantro so they go heavy on them.. also there signature flavor is something to have a taste fir.. not high on my recommendations list.

I'll be honest without any bullshit , the place is really good, but I'll give it a 4.5 rating because, with the arsenal of products they have, they should be offering breakfast. Unfortunately, it's not on the menu, but the lunch and dinner options are simply impressive.

Disappointing Experience
I unfortunately had a poor experience. I was largely ignored by the staff and had to wait an excessive amount of time for the second part of my delivery order. This is not the first time this has happened to me and the staff knows who I am especially the guy with glasses. When I finally asked about the status of the food they have made the food 20 minutes ago and forgot to call it out. They berated me on how next time I need to be more persistent.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of attention and long wait time made for a frustrating experience. Hopefully, the restaurant will hire staff who are competent and don’t act like they’re doing you a favor that they showed up to work.
