When I ordered they were not talking to me in the language I was speaking and they also didn't know what plate I wanted after me describing well. Ps: I was speaking clear English and yeah it was bad day when I went.

Nothing crazy but always a guilty please of mine. I recently discovered they have the mini meals, which is great for those who need more help controlling portions. Service was good and there were no delay. Always a casual and quick-ish dine-in experience.

The place looked clean at first glance and it was. The customer service was impeccable and deserves recognition. The preparation was prompt. The taste was nothing special. The cuts chosen for the dish was beyond non satisfactory, the beef was 80% in edible. It was chewed and forced to discard due to so much hard fat, the chicken was cooked well but stringy, i never met stringy chicken. The mac was somewhat bland, the teriyaki sauce was tasty. And the rice was just rice, what can anyone say about that. The hardest part to swollow was the price of 25 dollars for this, i wouldnt blame the employees for this but the person that ordered the inventory for this horrible selection of meats and the recipe for the mac was something that should be taken back to the cooking lab.

I love Ono Hawaiian BBQ because everything is made fresh when you order, nothing is pre-made and left under a heat lamp....

In case any manager or owner ever sees this just wanted to say they have great service. I always call because uber doesn’t have an option to add teriyaki sauce and somehow Miguel always answers and always has such a positive attitude and energy. Always welcoming and happy to help. The food here is really good and has big portions. The food was cooked properly, it was very clean inside and the staff were friendly. The only problem i had was that it smelled as if a piped burst, and it smelled like sewage, after awhile the smell went away. I would return here because of the food, but they need to fix that smell.

A great place for lunch! Ordered the chicken teriyaki, however the Mac salad had a bit too much mayo.

Fresh, tasty food. Huge dining area. Clean, friendly staff. Try the BBQ mix, it can feed 2. I also enjoy the katsu chicken with their red chili sauce. You know what? Their macaroni salad is to die for!! It is absolutely delicious and always fresh!.

Aloha vibes all around! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such genuine hospitality, it felt like we were dining in a Hawaiian home. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and quick to serve. The food? Absolutely phenomenal! The mahi-mahi was grilled to perfection, and the pineapple fried rice had just the right balance of sweetness and savoriness. The cocktails, especially the Mai Tai, were refreshing and packed a punch. The ambiance was delightful—relaxing island music, warm lighting, and beautiful wooden decor that truly made us feel like we were on vacation. Highly recommended!
