I went to order some food and I’m my only day off looking for good customer service I only got cold stares and the worker gave me a skimpy portion compared to the others customers plates when I brought it up the manager came and told me he had a right to refuse me service after waiting for half an hour for my order it just feels wrong just because I look a certain way doesn’t mean you get to treat me bad all around bad service like my money wasn’t hard earned to be skimped by someone that don’t understand me or like doesn’t like the way I look I felt very discriminated by the worker there

Very disappointed, they put way less food than it should be and started arguing that thats the right amount (it was a plate, and it wasn't even full to the boards.

I ordered meat with broccoli and it is the only piece of meat they gave me, they also don't provide cutlery, napkins or any type of sauce. ??

I order broccoli beef ,she put only 4 pieces of broccoli not beef and the broccoli is terrible ,I give 1 star but is -1 horrible food ?

They serve online orders first, make you wait and when it's your turn you then have to wait on something because it was used up for the online orders

The staff was really nice and friendly but the portion were not so good. Panda expresses no longer the same and their noodles had more Lettuce than anything else.

Nasty panda express they gave my kid her plate with a cook's hair. I spoke with Liz, the manager, she promised a refund, i told her I wasn't going to make a big deal, but since i haven't even received my refund, I'm posting it. She even confirmed it was one of her cook's. So happy my daughter didn't someone else's hair.

Your worker Bridget was the best ever! She was so sweet and welcoming, she really made my day. By far one of my best customer service experiences. I’m not one to really leave reviews but she deserves it!
