I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express. I stood at the front counter for over 5–10 minutes while a guy was cooking and completely ignored me, even when I tried to get his attention. Eventually, a girl came out of the restroom to help, but she seemed annoyed from the start. She then walked back toward the restroom and told us she would help “in a minute.” After feeling ignored the entire time, I ended up walking out without being served. Poor customer service and a very unwelcoming experience.

Always like going to panda in south gate everyone is friendly and the manager keeps order. They also give alot of food for the orders.

Just came here and I watched the attitude of the person on register duty (Her Name Is Luz) since the moment I first got in line till she charged me for my items, how rude she was to everybody she rang up not only with an ugly face but when some asked for condiments she replied with attitude telling them “ you need to tell me what you want, I can’t guess “ like wow that’s crazy. Get Luz off the register duty with her ugly attitude and stank face

Contact the restaurant and they said they NEVER had this happen, deny refund due to no having receipts, they didn’t want the transaction # they wanted the receipt. I asked for them to look up the purchase with transaction # but they refused
