Well, I never get a truly good meal at this place because they never cook the food completely, String Beans in the string bean chicken were not cooked, raw beans is what we got.

Just went in after making an online order. There was some confusion but the manager over wrote the issue and ensured that the customers happy.Super happy with the way he managed it. Great job!
We came in an hour after opening and it wasn’t very busy. Only one person ahead of us and they almost messed up his order too. I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. For our other plate, it had the broccoli beef so we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. I wish they let us know there was a wait for it before they rung us up. Eventually, they give us our plates and we go. Neither of our plates have the honey walnut shrimp, yet we got charged for the premium price

That is to say, they ignored me and no matter how much I spoke to them, they never responded and therefore they did not deliver the order to me. A thin man and a woman, young Lis 2 but ignorant in terms of education and basic rules of customer service. Terrible service .
