Application error when generating the order. I entered a time and the application did not verify the restaurant's closing time, and when I arrived it was already closed. I tried to talk to the staff who were cleaning to explain that I had an order, but they acted like I didn't exist and turned away and ignored me. What terrible customer service, but to take your money or are they fast? How ugly.

Well, I never get a truly good meal at this place because they never cook the food completely, String Beans in the string bean chicken were not cooked, raw beans is what we got.

We came in an hour after opening and it wasn’t very busy. Only one person ahead of us and they almost messed up his order too. I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. For our other plate, it had the broccoli beef so we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. I wish they let us know there was a wait for it before they rung us up. Eventually, they give us our plates and we go. Neither of our plates have the honey walnut shrimp, yet we got charged for the premium price
