The Manager Maria, needs to educate her staff on proper customer service. The employees are rude and very put off when asked for something different. I'll find another panera to go to thank you.

The place is clean, that's why I gave the atmosphere five stars. The customer service was five stars as well. However, the food has gone down in quality. The croutons look as if they got it out of a bag from the store they are no longer the cut bread that they make. And also the gruyere cheese is no longer there. Instead, they just gave me mozzarella cheese, and believe me, I know the difference. The taste was just not there

Ran out of cinnamon crunch lattes which was a bummer but I was able to snag a mitten cookie before they sold out. Definitely a let down to come to this location and not get everything I wanted but the girl who helped me was nice.

I loved it I had a great time with one of my landlords and his daughter I will always love them we became family and they all love me including his wife since they know what I've gone threw and since a vegan and forever will be they took me too Panera and I enjoyed the godess vegan sandwich I sure missed them but were always in touch I had. A great time with them thank you Jesus for sending good people my way amen
