So I ordered a pizza almost 2 hours ago. Because of the holiday I knew it would take longer than normal. Two hours later still no pizza. I call to get an update and it turns out my ordered was canceled a while ago because the location ran out of pizza. I received no phone call or email giving me a notice about the cancellation. When I asked why I wasn't informed, employee says hat manager told employees to inform customers of canceled order at the end of the day. How is that acceptable?...read full review
