Located in a shopping center, so it does not have its own parking and in times of high demand in the shopping center, it is difficult to find parking but it is free. With access for people with special abilities. Friendly staff. Good tasting food, clean place.

Food is delicious. Customer service could be better. One of the staff was refilling the jamaica (hibiscus) drink. Splattered it, and some got on me. Sucks because I was wearing a white shirt.

I'm a bit conflicted about how to write this review, and I'll explain why in a bit. Pollo Campero was originally established in Guatemala, and since I'm from Guatemala, I wanted to treat my parents to our favorite restaurant from when we used to live there. I hosted a PPV event last night and decided to visit the nearest Pollo Campero, which happened to be the one in South Gate.
