The worst place ever (even worse, they stole my money). We placed the order through the app, and when we arrived to pick it up, the staff refused to serve us, saying they weren't going to cook any more chicken. When we asked for a refund, they told us they weren't responsible for anything. We should file a complaint through the app. And the app doesn't give us the option to cancel the order or get a refund. Total rip-off!

I ordered through Postmates, they waited until the driver got there to tell her that they didn’t have ANY of the items I ordered ($70 s worth). They told the driver to tell me to cancel my order. Guess what?! THEY KEPT MY MONEY! All of it!!! They could have canceled on their own, but no. They waited for the driver to get there, then have the driver instructions for me cancel, that means they kept the food and my money!

I have been here once and the last time I got popcorn chicken which was good. But this time I tried their original chicken sandwich and it was good also. The service was friendly the drive through was ok but I had to park to wait for my food.

Had to wait a long time to order. When they filled my order, since I was eating in I saw they hadn't given me a spoon/fork. When I asked for one first cashier said they didn't have any today. I asked how I should eat my coleslaw. Another cashier told me to look in the bag/box and when I said I had, started to ask me to bring him my bag/box. He couldn't finish because the first cashier found a magic spoon/fork. I later had to ask for napkins, there were no dispensers

I regret to say that my experience with this Popeyes location has been consistently disappointing. Over the past eight months, I have placed online orders approximately 6-8 times. Unfortunately, nearly every order has been incorrect, with items either missing or carelessly tossed around. Despite giving them multiple chances to improve, the issues persist. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend ordering online from this location. It appears that the management at this location is either absent or failing to manage effectively. ?

Today I’m not sure if the workers were just lazy but my food was burned cold. I had missing pieces of chicken. Fries were cold and old. I’m so upset that they would even serve something like that. Smh

Food is way overpriced. The pieces are super small. For that price we could have gone to KFC. And of course they messed up our order. They left out one biscuit and a side order. The red beans and rice tasted like the beans were bad. We knew we should have checked before we left the drive through. Also, the dumpster on the premise looked nasty. They are right at the entrance to the drive through.
