Not as good as it used to be. When they first came on the scene it was ......move over KFC....but that's been a while and their quality has gone down. No more lovely ice tea. Their chicken fingers are dry. It's the second time I have the same experience at different stores. Too bad! It was once one of my favorite places.

The last time I went there were kids leaning over a wall of the apartments next door, from that place they threw dangerous objects at those who were ordering through the window and they almost hit me in the face if it weren't for the fact that I raised the glass to time they hit me

I have lived in this area for about 10 years and this Popeyes is walking distance from my home and I have never thought to try it. Then one day we decided to try it as we were getting a Uber order for pick up and it smelt good. We ordered the nuggets and I was hooked A few months have gone by and we have visited this location a few times. One thing I have to saw is the employees seem to not care or want to be there. Some are friendly and seem to try and others just not happy. Today November 15th 2023 I went through the drive thru-looking forward to having some nice hot Mac and cheese and potato's and gravy and nuggets Also got my husband the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered the nugget meal and the Mac and cheese And side of mashed potato's and gravy and an extra biscuit. And the spicy chicken sandwich with my medium soda Needless to say these past few times they have been messing up. I get to the window there is no hi how are you it's just ur total is ..... then handed the food never here you go or here is your order would you like any sauce etc So this time I asked for bbq sauce, the employee seemed bothered but it was fine we all have bad days I get home and come to find out I have 4 nuggets and some strips or something--the Mac and cheese was cold and setting so long when I took the lid off it was just the shape of the lid on top My extra biscuit was not in the bag and I didn't even want to try the mashed potato's and be disappointed I ate the biscuit that came with the meal and the 4 nuggets as I was very hungry But I just don't care for strips or cold food I tried to call no answer I hope a owner or manger is made aware of this and I get some kind of response Until then I will not be going back My husband and I work hard for the money we make and I don't want to waste it here if they can't get the order right The Mac and cheese also had a weird taste to it
