We been calling for 30 mins. I get a busy tone. I get here and there is no line. I told the cashier and she said oh ya? I dunno? Not a care in the world. Its 6:30pm nowhere close to closing time. Its not my 1st time with this situation. The owners really need to check on their business. Good thing I like this pizza or I would never come here again. So sad.

Terrible place to order over the phone, I called 5times to order my pizza and no answer. My daughter also called 3 times no answer when I got there the cashier and the girl that works in the kitchen where to busy talking to a guy, with only one customer waiting on their order. That explain why the calls were NOT answered. The owner need to DO something about this situation…. Terrible customer service- Wow

5$ pizza went up to 8 dollars and change now but its my teenagers fav pizza so we still come by every now and then the service is always fast and good the kitchen has always looked clean ..
Very few times on rare occasion i get a burned or older pizza thats been under the heat too long but other then that its usually hot amd ready to go ..

Love the pizza. Have been coming to Pronto's for a long time. As a mom of all boys you know they love pizza and they love this place. The space is small so there is not much space to wait inside. Waiting time is not bad either. I always wait around 10 minutes for my order.
Always the best quality pizza, so delicious. The cashiers are super nice and helpful. Even tho it's always busy, the staff is super fast and efficient. This is the only pizza spot for me! For about 4+ years.

First off the customer service was not good at all the cashier was on the phone didn't attend me till I had to interrupt her video call on the phone laughing it's 8 at night and I didn't appreciate her service at all very rude need better workers with better skills for the price to id rather go to little Ceasars where I'm attended better
