Love the pizza. Have been coming to Pronto's for a long time. As a mom of all boys you know they love pizza and they love this place. The space is small so there is not much space to wait inside. Waiting time is not bad either. I always wait around 10 minutes for my order.

Always the best quality pizza, so delicious. The cashiers are super nice and helpful. Even tho it's always busy, the staff is super fast and efficient. This is the only pizza spot for me! For about 4+ years.

First off the customer service was not good at all the cashier was on the phone didn't attend me till I had to interrupt her video call on the phone laughing it's 8 at night and I didn't appreciate her service at all very rude need better workers with better skills for the price to id rather go to little Ceasars where I'm attended better

The place looks bad the service is just a rip off and the atmosphere is bad the store looks good but the workers make it seem like he'll when you walk in you can actually feel the vibe. Get it together. ?
The best pizza place close to my house. I always call before I pick up. The wings are my favorite since this is the only pizza place with baked wings.

Put and order in. Guy told me “ready in 10 minutes” drive over and 15 later order not in. then a lady asked me that maybe I order at different store. Then, oops the order is here. Why they do this every time.
