Ordered two iced matcha lattes and neither one came out good. They came out darker than usual, taste powdery, and I can’t even taste the pumps of caramel that are supposed to be in here. I think they are supposed to mix the matcha powder and milk first and then everything else together, but it looked like the barista just threw everything in the blender.

She called over a coworker after the first one since it looked like it didn’t blend properly but they did the same with the second one. Unfortunately I didn’t taste them until I got home

I went to Starbucks which is inside the target store located on Firestone and Garfield and they made me feel humiliated and I suffered from racism. I first waited about 20 minutes in line when I wanted to place my order. The workers ignored me for about 10 minutes until I told them. One of them could help me when they helped me they told me that I didn't have venty size wedding drinks and I said ok give me the large size one and when I wanted to complete the order he told me that I can't pay with my Starbucks application that they only accepted cards they were grateful and racist

I want to make a formal complaint about Starbucks in target South Gate . The barista Stephanie, was very rude. She had an attitude towards me. And she forgot to give me my sandwich. The other baristas are friendly except for Stephanie.

Horrible service. They gave half of my order to another person. I stood there for 5 mins waiting and not one employee bothered to ask if my order was complete. I had to let them know. These people don’t have a clue on how to serve the customers.

Register had a sign saying that starting May 9th they charge a dollar more for "light ice" alterations. Got one of our drinks and this is how much ice was in it. We didn't ask for extra ice, it was just a regular grande pink drink. If you're going to be charging extra for light ice alterations, at least have the decency to not rip off your customers like this.
