I politely asked one of the baristas for a cup of ice and he literally threw it at me! The cup of ice fell over the counter. All the customers were just staring and he didn’t apologize and acted like nothing happen. He was short, with a dark beared, and black glasses. (and after scrolling through the reviews he’s rude everyone)!!!!

I asked for light ice on the matcha becuase they are skimpy with it and when I recieved my drink it was watered down and had no taste of matcha just milk but over all its alright you can say I guess but im not coming back.

They charge me 20.95 for a canceled order with in one minute cause they had the drinks done when does Starbucks has a drink ready in a minute only 2 drinks

I asked for an ice cafe large and then they gave me a decaf and I didn't feel caffeinated so I said are you going to re embrace my $5.25 for that crime and then they lied to my face and said we don't pour decaf here WAR has been declared Capitalism vs little Alvin they killed JFK, MLK who won Prime Minister Castro I'll be back
