Saturday 12/27 evening staff member short guy with glasses not friendly didn’t welcome customer and he ignored customers I waited few minutes before he asked me for my order and when I asked for a double shot espresso over ice with cold foam in a grande cup, he was rude and said there will be room in The cup you want anything else in it. I said no that’s fine. ( I’ve ordered this before and have never been questioned about it). He was also rude to the other customers and when my order was done no one called out the order so I didn’t know it was ready I had to go figure it out.
I hope some day there is better staff.

You go ahead and wait in the drive thru line behind maybe like 3/4 cars for over at least 10 mins even though nobody addressed you at the speaker box, nowhere near closing time btw it was around 6:30pm,and so once you pull up to the window you let the girl know “I wasn’t able to place my order can you please take my order and she says no you’d have to go back around”. What kind of customer service is that seriously.

Nov 6 , my girlfriend arrived to check if they had any hello kitty merch available and she saw one of the workers were being greedy taking most of the inventory. She just wanted 2 items of the collection. We hoped they would have it since they helped me out in the past by getting the color changing cup when I was sent from another store. It’s unbelievable that we had hope they had at least one thing but she saw one of the workers struggling with a full bag of the hello kitty items and claimed that they were sold out? I mean at least wait for the next shipment? Very disappointed and unprofessional of witnessing that worker take everything. Do better please…

I ORDERED A FRAPPE COOKIE CRUMBLD FRAP NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN AND A MOSCA! YES A BUG!!!!! WAS ON MY FRAP I EVEN TOOK A BITE AND I FELT THE CRUNCH IN MY MOUTH AND SPIT IT OUT! I TOOK A PICTURE! Ordered 2 venti coffees along with 2 bacon cheddar and egg sandwiches. Was excited to try but found a hair in it. Didn’t get an apology or didn’t offer a refund until I told them they had to do something about it. Was literally about to eat a hair! YUCK! 🤢 couldn’t even enjoy the new ones they gave us. 0/10 felt nauseous after we left.

I politely asked one of the baristas for a cup of ice and he literally threw it at me! The cup of ice fell over the counter. All the customers were just staring and he didn’t apologize and acted like nothing happen. He was short, with a dark beared, and black glasses. (and after scrolling through the reviews he’s rude everyone)!!!!

I asked for light ice on the matcha becuase they are skimpy with it and when I recieved my drink it was watered down and had no taste of matcha just milk but over all its alright you can say I guess but im not coming back.

They charge me 20.95 for a canceled order with in one minute cause they had the drinks done when does Starbucks has a drink ready in a minute only 2 drinks
