Came in teo subway @9:30 pm they closed at 10pm they refuse service because they said they closed @10 pmand they need to clean up before they closed

I just ordered 4 footlongs sandwiches and I never toast my bread my preference. But the breads from all 4 sandwiches were hard and seem old. I had trouble biting into my sanwich, that I just scrape it off the tuna and ate with crackers. (They also added very little tuna) Very disappointed and won't be eating subway anymore. I also order the BLT and the Monster football for my dad and brother they were also disappointed with their footlongs that they only ate half of it.

I want to thank the young man that made our sandwiches. From the moment we walked in, Jose greeted us in a cheerful and energetic tone. Made us believe we were welcomed at subway. Every employee, with the exception of this young, sounds like they hate greeting customers and are being forced to say it. You can practically hear the eye rolling in their tone. Subway training staff work on that or don't force your employees to say it. They'd be better off jyst not saying anything. This is not just this location. This is everywhere!

This subway normally has always been good on the portions but lately they've been skimping out on the meat portions.I'm used to them skimping out when you order a sandwich normally but lately now even when I order 50% or double meat? CMON! (I order via the app)WHY AM I PAYING $4-6 more just to get a normal amount of meat on my wiches and still get home to a bald sandwich. Here's a photo of a rotisserie sandwich that's supposed to be "50% more meat" lol oh and the veggies *sigh*

I went during lunch and no costumers at all...I ask for a sandwich... Martha. That's what she said was her name.. she said wait. I have to do this one first.. 3 or 4 sandwich order I guess online... I ask how much time... she said. I'm not going to do it fast... I said just give a number... 20. 30. Mnts... she said .. rolling her eyes... I don't know... I left after that....

I get it, it close to closing time, we all want to go home at the end of the day, but this young lady that prepared my sandwiches, had a really bad attitude, the sandwiches were badly prepared and I can barely hear what this young lady was telling/ asking me.

As I was ordering.. I saw a women Coming from the back holding Salami with her bare hands no gloves. To make matters worse she started slicing it. As each slice fell on the plate she would grab it with her bare hands..While she touched the Salami she was touching the handles went to the back, returned and continued handling the salami! There where two other customers in here witnessing this. Like…. I even think she is the manager cause the other two workers where wearing gloves. I took a look at her name Tag and it read “Angelas”…. Thats like.. so disgusting
