I got subway coupons in the mail . So I thought it would be a good idea to use them since subway is so expensive now . Reminds me of why I don’t go anymore. I got there and only one person was working, working on pre-orders . I waited patiently and the employee was very nice. Once she started preparing my sandwich I realized she didn’t care about the preparation. She overlayed the cheese and meats. She did not spread it out evenly . Jalapeños when all in one bunch of the sandwich. I don’t like telling employees how to do their job, I leave that up to management. Not worth the coupons

Such a horrible experience Blanca was so rude for no reason she had a smart condescending attitude I wasn't feeling well I just wanted a sandwich . I won't be coming back to this location hostile rude condescending for no reason just trying to have lunch. Wouldn't give me a refund so we could start over. Only 4 chips available. An soda machine all dirty .

The young female with arm tattoos and ugly eyelashes was very rude to me and refused to service me even though it’s open 24/7 and when i asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager won’t care about what i have to say because she said the young female can close whenever she wants, while i was in the building also she was getting online orders and refused to make those also. service is very bad and i know i saw a cockroach on the back counter.

who’s ever daughter this is granddaughter niece or whatever, she really needs to understand the concept of respect and customer service. For one she changed the hours of the store saying she closed at 12, and when my wife and my spanish speaking father in law arrived she told them she’s not serving them because she’s closed when they had gotten there at 11:00pm. so then my wife proceeded to tell her that she said she closed at 12 over the phone. then Tatiana said well i’m not serving you, then my wife asked why not and that’s when she proceeded with the “Oh i don’t feel like making anything and i’m tired i want to go home” My wife and father in law were confused and my wife said well why are you working here then? I was on the phone the whole time that this employee was being rude. She refused service because she wasn’t in the mood. So i went to see if i can get her managers name because she did tell us that if we had a problem to tell her manager that “my manager doesn’t care go ahead and tell her she said i close the store when i feel like it” So when i got there she told me she was closed. I got there at exactly 11:30pm. I told her i just want to get a sandwich since yall closed at 12 and she said no i close this store at 1130. so i asked for her name and her mangers name and she refused and a customer came in at 11:45 and i told her i thought you closed at 1130so she proceeded to walk towards me to try and smack my phone and to pepper spray me.

I understand when there’s a rush, but if you guys don’t have online orders ready.. TELL the customer!! I went in for my lunch to pick up and i did and there was no chips in my bag
So I been going here and the girl who was here two nights ago was rude said they where closed a week ago before that the guy said there was no more stuff to make a sandwich as I was leaving some other guy entered and he told him he was gonna bring everything fresh and he didn’t service me plus there always closing really early or tell me to go to the other one I don’t think that’s fair there 24 hours

Horrible service
Nobody knows what they’re doing, I asked for a 6 inch sub some lady was going to sell me a kids size sandwich, until another worker corrected it for her, after she had toasted it in the little 4” sub, which they put back to re sell.
My 6” wasn’t toasted right. I’m never going there again.

Great customer service by Tati I will definitely be returning here I stopped by to order 2 sandwiches since I had just left burger King across the street for their bad customer service but here I was not disappointed she was super nice and made both of my sandwiches without hurrying me up or anything Thank you Tati
Do not go here in the afternoon the two females that work there with the bright hair do not want to be there they have Fuchi face dot say welcome can I help you thank you please NOTHING trust me and slow just drive a little further there's another subway but this one by the pollo it's the worst service.
