I was in there today and my meal came with a bag of chips. I leave ,When I open my bag there is no chips in there. I call and tell the guy who helped me there was no chips in my bag. What does he do? He hung up on me! Wow what kind of customer service is this Subway???

The employees and local customers generally perform well, however there's three things I'll hope the staff will take as positive feedback. One, it is common sense if you're going to prepare sandwich: You must remove the disposable plastic gloves to reduce the likelihood of cross contamination. Whether the customer is vegetarian, on diet, lactose intolerant, or has an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients being used. That's a take away these restaurants could utilize and take precautions. Two, the lack of organization by the fountain drinks, no straws, or napkins, present. In addition, food crumbs on the tables and messiness left over by the families or young students. Thirdly, sometimes they lack some key ingredients: Avocados and certain products to add flavor for the food. Lastly, I'm probably still going to dine in from time to time, but less often. Initially, I wanted to leave a great review, but honesty is crucial. On a final note, I told two young employees two suggestions: To place on new gloves. The second, "There's no straws." She replied, "Here, put them here." In retrospect, I shouldn't done that, I'm the customer, not an employee. Honestly, I'd rather save four dollars and eat a veggie sandwich at Yum Yum Donuts in Imperial or Granny Donuts in Cudahy.

They really want to charge extra for veggies. Just wanted some extra tomottoes and spinach. Wow... never has any other Subway establishment charged me extra when I ask a little extra of something besides avocado. Are all the restaurants in this plaza like this? This was early in the morning too 9am on Tues June 18th.
