Every time I come here for my lunch break I get nothing but the worst customer service !
Their attitude it’s just crazy !
A few times their card machine “doesn’t work” or “it’s closed” when the door is completely open.
It seems like they just don’t want to assist anyone.

I placed an online order today at 1:24 PM for pickup at 1:40 PM. To my surprise, there was only one staff member on duty, and there were about six people in line. I was pressed for time since my lunch break is only 30 minutes. I urge you to have more staff available during peak lunch hours to better accommodate customers. It’s now ten minutes past my pickup time, and I still haven’t received my sandwiches. This is quite frustrating. What’s the point of ordering online if it’s still going to take an additional 15 minutes to receive my order! To make matters worse, when I opened my sandwiches, I discovered they were all cold cuts instead of ham, and the bread was supposed to be whole wheat. There's nothing more frustrating than receiving the wrong order, especially when you're already facing delays during your lunch break. Management DO BETTER!

Whatever young lady was there on 12/13/24 around 2:10pm has the worst customer service ever. Didn't acknowledge that I was waiting on a Mobile Order. Gave me & 3 other customers attitude. She made the sandwiches horrible!! I think she purposely made my sandwich wrong, everything i wanted was listed on the receipt and I saw her looking at it or IDK what's her problem. Never coming here again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to have lunch with my husband, and the experience was terrible. I ordered a sandwich, but the employee, Nicole, couldn’t communicate effectively in English. I asked for a footlong, but she made me a 6-inch sandwich instead. When I pointed this out, she gave me attitude. She also used the wrong cheese. When adding the veggies, she piled them on so much that the sandwich broke, making it impossible to enjoy. My husband decided not to order at all after seeing this. Please hire staff who can communicate clearly, take orders correctly, and treat customers with respect. This was a horrible experience.
No where to wash your hands. No washrooms!!! How is that allowed??

Very bad service, the people are very despotic, I took my family and they treated me very badly, the boy keeps talking on the phone ?
Went to the restaurant and wait around 10 minutes to place my order (and there’s only 3 persons included myself)because there’s only one person who was prepared the sandwich and taking orders too. His actitud was rude and the sandwich is not bad, but I taste a better ones in n other subway.

Today I went at 2pm and the lady in the register was yawning the whole time, she wouldn’t even cover her mouth. And she didn’t pay attention to what we were ordering, she didn’t care at all about our order. Subway employees are the opposite of this young lady, never coming back to this location. ??????
