I would give 5 stars but they take too long to serve when it really wasn't busy, the burgers are very delicious 😋 but it's a long time to wait almost an hour 10 min

The restaurant wasn't too busy. It was Monday. I ordered the ribs with 2 sides (broccoli & mashed potatoes). The sides weren't anything special. But the ribs were great. Our server was very nice and helpful 👍

There is a reason why this place is losing more customers , I used to come here since before the pandemic when the employees and managers had respect for their customers , for the past last year they been hiring terrible staff , the bartenders are most of the time hungover and don’t greed you they don’t value their customers , I even tried to complain to the manager once a bout a young female bartender drinking on the clock it but the disrespect from him by putting their unprofessional employees first . The owner here probably has no idea of the issues , restroom are always broken . Besides the service and food being terrible other than that I recommend avoid coming to this Friday . As for me they had lost me a loyal customer , do not bring business here , listen to the bad review they are all true .

Bailey's ice cream dessert was delicious. You get an shot of Bailey in a glass to pour over your ice cream and chocolate brownie. Taste delightful. My mom had that and the TGI Fridays sampler with ribs, chicken and shrimp with mac and cheese, and cole slaw.

The atmosphere is pleasant 10/10 I decided to sit at the counter in which it took more than 10 minutes for someone to offer to take my order, the place was 20% full, then I waited more than 30 minutes for my order in which the rice seemed to be heated in a hot microwave on top and cold on the bottom, the warm salmon and the fresh shrimp were the only good ones on the plate In general there is a lack of more customer service

The service was really good, however the food wasn’t too presentable. Meat tasted and looked not so great. And burgers didn’t have as much flavor. The bread seemed a bit soggy as well. Unfortunately not the best experience.

I asked for fresh shrimp you gave me old and dry burnt shrimp the ribs were decent the potatoes straight out the box with a chemical taste the mac and cheese not cooked enough! Terrible Xmas dinner. Stop giving out trash and collecting gold.

I was paying for the food. It wasn't going to be free. They served me cold potatoes. The burger was a disaster. It was my first time. We were 3 people. I won't go to a place like that again. The total came out to $98.58. I don't recommend it. This is what happens to me for not choosing better. Carl's Jr place is better

Really good chain restaurant location. Clean, nice seats, great service, good food, clean restrooms. The ribs are delicious & I definitely recommend them. Drinks are strong & good! Portions are okay, slightly overpriced for the amount of food they give. They have good happy hour deals, so in that case it's worth it. I would come here again.
