I order my food over the phone . I ordered four small buffalo fries with that NO SPECIAL SAUCE. I asked Priscilla for light BBQ sauce, NOT SPECIAL SAUCE. I came in and paid for my food and I then checked to see if my order was correct and turns out it wasn't because I ordered all my fries with again NO SPECIAL SAUCE, and I told Priscilla I never wanted special sauce on the food, and she looked at me like I was saying something wrong or ordered my food wrong and insisted I asked for special sauce. She didn't want to take the food back because she said I told her I that I wanted sauce on my order. She rather make me out to be a liar than to own up to their mistake. never coming back to this location. I had a better experience with different locations. Service is always terrible here.

Being a loyal customer that comes into this spot and spends At least $400 bucks a month here I have to say that I am going to have to change my wing spot moving forward and here's the reason why. Every time I have ordered 3- 15 piece wings which is every time I come plus whatever else like fries, drinks etc. We get medium ranches well apparently they no longer give you these with your 15 piece wings according to the girl that handed me my order today. So you expect me to eat 15 wings with 1 small ranch that is enough for 4 wings that's isn't right then when I asked to purchase additional ranches they are now $1.10 so I spent over $100 bucks on my order and you still want me to pay an additional $10 dollars for my entire order just to have enough for the wings. That's insane. Coming from someone who owns a Mexican restaurant in the area I would expect the proper amount of ranches for the entire order. I was a loyal customer for 2 years but sadly if this is the new policy for this spot I'm going to have to find a new spot to take my business to.

Love the wings and its variety of flavors, the being a shake lover,their shakes are absolutely amazing, my current favorite is the double vanilla ...the employee's are great very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items..and it's with me that they offer alcoholic beverages lol ...since I mostly to go ( and btw the to go orders are always on point) the indoor eating is ok

I brought my brother here for his birthday. He has special needs and doesn't like grand gestures, but the staff was so kind and wished him a happy birthday without a song or any loud noise. The food was awesome (it always is), and they even gave him a badge and cake! Alex had a great time, he says he loved it! A really big thank you to the people at the Buffalo Spot. You guys are amazing!

Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly! The bathrooms were super clean and smelled good! I ordered the Jamaican jerk fries and my wife got the pineapple jalapeño fries and both were AMAZING! fries were crispy despite having saucy chicken all over them and the serving size was great for $13! Definitely coming

Always issues here. Either they take forever or make the orders wrong. Yesterday at 9pm they were spraying cleaning chemicals around while making the food…. It seems their workers are not trained

Food quality was pretty bad. The chicken was a bit undercooked and tasted frozen still. Season was way off; one of the worst lemon pepper wings I have had in a long time.
I have been a Buffalo Spot fan for a while. This location is fairly new and I've visited it a couple times. I must say! The food is very fresh and tasty!My favorite part though? The customer service. Especially last week from a lady named Alicia I think her name was. I visited in the evening. I wanted to try the Atomic flavor and she gave me a little taste with a fry to decide whether it was edible for me. It was and I ordered Atomic flavoring on my chicken. But her care and customer service made me feel welcome and comfortable! Like hey only order this if you can eat it! So thoughtful of her.Definitely recommend this location and I will for sure keep coming back. The food quality, taste, customer service and I love the convenience of the parking too!

Ordered wings and the skin was soggy and flavour was not that great. It tasted rubbery and felt like it was microwaved chicken. Bought this after looking at reviews & disappointed.
