Not a lot of people during the day. They don’t offer good dine in prices to get people to stay ínside

This location did not meet the Flame Broiler standards that I’m used to. I ended up throwing it away. Waste of money and my lunch break. It was my first time at this location. The food was not fresh. Taste and texture was like they recooked already cooked food. There’s ghetto handwritten signs taped everywhere. “Don’t touch this table or put anything on it”. “If you get a water cup but put soda you must pay for the soda”. I can’t remember the other signs but it just added to the already dark and dingy atmosphere. Won’t be returning.

Location is okay. The regular bowl is packed with so much rice and little meat. For 15 dollars I expected at least half and half . But a bit too much rice.

I wouldn't suggest coming to eat here at this location. The food is okay but the service is horrible. The young kid working talks and acts as if he does not want to work as well as the lady working as the cook. If I'm going to eat at a place I would want good service and a comfortable environment where I'm not receiving attitude.

I don't really have anything bad to say, but I really don't have anything good to say either. Food was OK, Atmosphere was OK and service was OK once I realized the young lady did not speak much English, I then understood why she was not answered my questions! Would I go back? Depends on what else was around!

THE TRUTH IS REALLY DISGUSTING HOW THEY SERVED US AND WE HAD TO GO AND ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES THAT THINK THEY OWN THEM ARE REAL ?? IT SEEMS LIKE YOU'RE GOING TO ASK FOR THE FREE FOOD WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE. THE MANAGER SHOULD TRAIN HIS EMPLOYEES HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER. BEFORE LISTENING TO OUR QUESTION THE OLD INDIA WAS ALREADY YELLING AT US. THAT'S WHY NOT THERE CUSTOMERS.
A great place for healthy food! I get chicken, mostly, the beef is good too.The plate has protein, a small little fresh mixed real salad of veggies and a cut fresh orange half!
Vegetarian options: Very available, and good! Freshly done.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and can avoid vegetables if kids only like meat and rice. But I get theirs with the broccoli and yummy carrots and such and I would enthusiasticly take their veggies until they got thinking like they were being shortchanged!
Parking: Usually easy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibil from all parking, with a short step to the wide sidewalk. Several single short ramps at intervals for rolling.
Dietary restrictions: Are almost one or two times per day on heart failure regimen. Many police and others watching dietary and weight and easily to eat in your car.

Went in today the young kid cashier he was mopping he didbnot even greeted us hi welcome or anithing to top it off he had earphones like if was listening to music we just walk away.. no wonder its always dead. Needs to change asap

This guy has the worst attitude as far as customer service.I will never come here again I just feel bad for the people that they come here to order and this guy doesn't know how to do customer service I don't know how they are at this people.

Stingy with the sauces and bad customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t give me their info. How is it that before the pandemic it was self serve but now I have to pay extra for sauce???Will be going to waba grill from now on

Never been to one that limits sauces and charges for anything over a limit. I get a mini bowl and I like spicy so I would of liked having 4 sauces. With mini bowl I only get two. I mean I didn’t want the onions, they could of let me at least get a third one lol. I was at my last 30 min of lunch or I would have left.

Good customer service
Food was good.Limit on condiments they charge me,I noticed 2 ladies ask for sauces after receiving there so called limit and not charged oh well they came up good for them.My issue is the business in California where we’re all ready over burdened by taxes they nickel and dime us for a sauce .A bit petty ,I mean my comments that’s what gas prices will do to you .Good food.
