My son ordered the chicken fried steak and when he got his plate there was a ball of hair in the plate, when talked to manager they did exchange the plate but I feel we should've gotten a discount or something. My son's plate got a hairball and the manager changed the food but the correct thing would be a discount or something because of the inconvenience, how disgusting.

This was a disappointment and they don't have to worry about me ordering from them again.The picture on their website and a image of what I got.I even had the nerves to try it and it taste like vinegar. The cucumbers were soggy too. Sigh
