Terrible service waited 20 minutes on a coffee. Six employees in two customers waiting. Coffee doesn’t taste the same. The quality is different from two years ago.

Visiting from Texas.... and this is a MUST GET every time we come to Cali... I love the Bean and Rice frappe with extra shot espresso and no chocolate 😋 The Orchata ice latte is delicious too... wish we had this coffee shop in conroe texas!

Coffee is amazing, I had a regular coffee and a Mexican Mocha and I was blown away. Im a Pete's fan and this is as good. No seating inside which was disappointing.

Order a Chai tea drink with Almond Milk instead of regular and it’s delicious but not worth 6$ for a small drink.
I wish Tierra Mia had their calories displayed. It would help us out specially for people who are on a calorie deficit..
Also the parking is really small and it’s next to a busy street and gas station :(

Nowhere to sit. They can’t afford seats and I need to have a place to sit for my order as I have back problems. I left after I noticed there was nowhere to sit.
No drive thru. Really bad parking spaces and VERY limited. They do not have any kind of seating inside or outside. 0 chairs or tables. So when you’re waiting for your order ( which there can be a long line and a long wait time) there’s no place for you to sit. Or if you come with friends or family, you cannot sit down and enjoy your drinks. Drinks are okay. Food is also okay, they do run out of stock of their most popular items.
