Customer service can improve, being more attentive and getting order right. Not sure if she was new but told her twice it was iced, gave her my name and got both things wrong. I waited about 20 min and other guests got their order first despite arriving later. It was due to getting my name completely wrong and clerk was questioning wether it was hot or cold

My friend and I visited over the weekend and received water down drinks that went directly to the trash along with the pastry that had a fly in it. Once we went back to see if we can get a remake we noticed MAGGOTS on the counter along with moldy looking like blenders they use when making drinks. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

This place needs better management. There is no where to sit and enjoy your coffee. The drinks are a hit n miss, same with customer service. The place smells bad as well. Like dirty mop! The one in HP you can smell the coffee as soon as you walk in. Not here and my drink today had some funky refrigerator taste. I gave this location too many chances and will not be coming back.

As I was waiting for my order I noticed two girls being let go & they seemed extremely upset. Will no longer be supporting this business after seeing how they just fired 2 people during Christmas.. How unprofessional to be done infront of customers during the holiday season. The manager has incredible lack of ethic.
