Which I could give this place more stars but the caramel frappe is too sweet at times and you can berly taste the coffee

I usually love coming here to study because the atmosphere is calm and the service is always great. however, i went in today to study with my friend and it was going great until about 30 minutes before closing. The two girls in the front began cleaning up and stacking chairs and tables around us, making it far noticeable that they wanted to us go already. keep in mind, this place closes at 10, it hadn’t even hit 9:35 yet. this isnt our first time here so we are very aware of the time this place closes and always leave 5 to 10 minutes before closing. Once they finished stacking the chairs all up near us, the girl with the low loose curled ponytail, wearing a light blue defined jacket/sweater began standing where customers order and looking straight at us, tapping her fingers continuously on the counter. this made us so uncomfortable and was extremely rude. From the many times i have came here, i have never once experienced this from any of the staff. The two girls then began making faces to each other, again making it clear that they wanted us to go not even 15 minutes before closing. Customers then came in about 10 minutes before they closed and asked if they are still open. Instead of answering yes or no, the lady wearing a black urban location t shirt never answered with a clear response and said “like 10 minutes” making it clear that they were trying to dismiss them. the customers didnt understand and had to ask more than once to the point where they were just going to leave. My friend and I had to intervene and tell them that they werent closed yet. Normally, we would never do such a thing but because we felt extremely disrespected, we didnt want to sit in silence and let it happen to someone else. Again, i have never had an issue with this place, but these two girls in the front need to do better with their service and attitude. I work in food service, and they made it extremely obvious that they were trying to close early to leave early which im not sure they are even allowed to do.

Really impressed with the quality.

The food is delicious, diverse and professionally prepared, from Vietnamese sandwiches to bento boxes, all of which are exceptionally delicious.

The restaurant is clean, eye-catching and especially the staff is very enthusiastic, always making guests feel comfortable.

Friendly, attentive staff, professional service. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, the food comes up quickly, the dishes are hot and very fragrant. The space is spacious, airy and clean.

The food and drinks are very delicious, the staff is enthusiastic and cheerful, the kitchen cooks quickly, will definitely come back again and again

I even booked a table and organized a small party at the restaurant. The service staff is attentive, enthusiastic and quite agile. The food is delicious and suitable for friends.

The staff was really rude, it was a guy in the back just ignoring the fact I had just got there to order... and didn't even greet or anything just stared and continued to do whatever he was doing.. wait for about 20mins before leaving.. I even had eye contact with him😒😒
