Every time I go customer service is great. I order a vanilla latte and it was delicious. If their a specific way you want your latte let them know and they will do it. The place is clean and desserts are good.

Save your money and go elsewhere! They are so rude! (Girl with red hair) I live across the street at the SoLa and sent my bf to get me a coffee and he has tattoos everywhere. They asked him right away if he was picking up an uber order. No hi not how can I help you. Just RUDE and not welcomed. Coffee is gross and not ever going back again

Honestly for small business they have the attitude of a greedy corporation. The coffee was exceedingly sweet I had to throw it away. Honestly the coffee recipe needs to get fix and while they at it the customer service too. I hope they take this into consideration cause if more than three people are saying it it must be true. Please do consider.

The coffee was super exaggerating sweet, i had to ask them for a remake and it was the same thing… it was a waste of money because it wasn’t cheap, I was very disappointed.The owner should really consider trying her coffee and fix this issue asap.

Overpriced, the server, put sushi ,in the same bag ,with the hot miso soup.Whdd we n I arrived home the sushi was warm. I had to trow it away I called the restaurant and the server told me it was warm because of the miso soup . I was very disappointed in general. They just lost a customer

My cousin bought me the three mini cheesecakes platter, I’m sorry but the mini strawberry and blueberry fruit toppers are dry and old, cheesecake itself didn’t even taste like cheesecake they taste old.
A few days ago I was there with a friend, it was our first time in that cafeteria so we were excited because I had seen the coffee was very popular on Instagram, we arrived and the place It was completely empty, the owner received us rudely,We took a moment to see the menu and she seemed bothered to be waiting for us, My friend ordered an iced caramel latte And I ordered a hot caramel latte ,The owner charged us and got to make the coffee immediately, We didn't know that they charged the Whip Cream and we asked if I could add it to Iced Coffee, so she replied yes but in a rude way my friend said I can pay for it and she just said next time😒 When she finally gave us our coffee, she was very rude again, my friend and I got out of there and when trying the coffee It was so bitter that you couldn't drink it Very bad service from the owner first and last time in that place

Stopped by for the first and last time today, the customer service was terrible for starters. We were rudely greeted by the owner herself, felt like she didn’t want to help us, she was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. Second of all, the drinks are way too sweet and overpriced! I really wanted to like this place but it was a total waste of time and money
