Stopped by for the first and last time today, the customer service was terrible for starters. We were rudely greeted by the owner herself, felt like she didn’t want to help us, she was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. Second of all, the drinks are way too sweet and overpriced! I really wanted to like this place but it was a total waste of time and money

Been wanting to check out this place. Ordered a matcha and a cafe de olla. The matcha was pre-made and super sweet which was off putting. The cafe de olla was super super sweet. Im a big foodie and live for sugar for me to say that is something. And we initially got the wrong order. Pastries were good but maybe I'm just a fat kid.

I would give it a 5, but I love the pot coffee, but it's mega sweet. ? They say there that it's the recipe, but the truth is, you can't drink it sweet. Please lower the piloncillo or the sugar... it varies. Neighbors comment the same thing, quite sweet... it's a shame because it tastes good but I couldn't drink it.

Was waiting in line with others while the person placing their order was ordering more than 6 items and took forever deciding what they wanted . Instead of having someone in the back help pack the order the baker vere starts packing her order while we're all waiting in line. I ordered the horchata cafe which was EXTREMELY SWEET. I like my drinks sweet but this has no coffee taste at all. Literally just tasted like syrup. The tres leches cupcake was small and DRY no moisture at all, just tasted like vanilla cake. For the price you're better off going to Tierra Mia as they have the same price range. The churro cookie tasted very dry and crumbly the Oreo cakecicle was ok just tasted very fudgy. Didn't taste like cake. Was very disappointed as I was excited to try this bakery
