I knew about this place prior to its opening. It would have been great to have another Black owned business in the neighborhood, however, that's not the case. I would like to see a better mix of Black people being employed. I've been there twice, and both my experiences were nice, the prices are great, and the food was good. In LA, that's a great start. In LA we've experienced bad service and we continue to patronize them, I believe, if we continue to hold Storm Burger accountable, they will get it right, after all we need good fast food as well.

Food was good, service was terrible, the cashier was rude bad attitude. Even when I asked for her name because they don't wear a badge, she was still rude, her name is FABIOLA. the restaurant is dirty for the most part, the trash bins are full to the top. If I could give this restaurant a half star I would!

My kids always ask for dumplings when we eat here..
I gave them simple instructions extra onions. Not a single onion. I left quickly after receiving my order to minimize close contact with other customers expecting my order to be complete. I paid almost 10 dollars for this order and they got it wrong. I tried to call to complain but their phone number doesn't work. I don't recomendable this place.

The lady at the counter was so nice. There was only one person in line so we didn't wait long to order but then it got busy and there was only two people working there. One cooking and one cashier. Our order took about 15-20 minutes!! I felt bad because they cashier was taking orders and also packing the food and helping the cook. These companies/management really don't care about their employees. I've been in that situation and it's frustrating. Do better

Location is understaffed and super slow. They give you very little good. I love Waba please improve this location. The one on State and Slauson is top notch, bowls barely closed from the food the give you and the service is great.
